About the Role: We are hiring a Growth Operations Analyst to drive the outbound motion for Pliant’s US team. Reporting to the Growth Associate, you will work closely with US Sales, Outbound Ops, Sales Enablement, RevOps, and our AI Unit. This role is designed to scale alongside the team, starting with day-to-day operations and evolving into ownership of outbound hygiene.
The primary focus is on Direct Sales and Travel, with potential expansion into Insurance and event-driven campaigns as priorities shift.
This is a hybrid role, with a preference for candidates based in New York City. After 6 months, based on performance, you’ll have the option to transition to fully remote work.
You’ll receive mentorship from your manager, exposure to VP of Growth, US sales leadership, and global Sales Enablement, RevOps, and AI teams. Travel opportunities to our Berlin headquarters are available to ramp up alongside global Growth teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Build, enrich, and qualify target account and contact lists for outbound campaigns and industry conferences.
- Score and segment accounts against our ideal customer profile to ensure BDRs focus on the right companies.
- Ensure lists are deduplicated and consistent with CRM data.
- Monitor sequence enrollment, bounces, opt-outs, and activity logging, fixing gaps like missing owners, stale contacts, and incorrect lifecycle or deal stages.
- Extend outbound hygiene from BDRs to AE pipeline hygiene, including next steps, close dates, and stage accuracy.
- Own the data behind weekly US sales reporting, including activity, pipeline, and outbound performance, and develop repeatable reports.
- Document workflows for repeatability and ease of handoff, and assist in administering new tools like dialers and sequencing platforms.
- Run and improve AI-powered workflows, collaborating with our AI Unit to automate repetitive tasks.
What You’ll Bring:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, revenue operations, business operations, consulting, finance, or a fast-paced startup.
- Proficient in spreadsheets and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with a keen eye for data accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard for data quality.
- Ownership mindset: identify gaps and resolve them, knowing when to escalate judgment calls.
- Coachability: embrace direct, fast feedback and act on it promptly.
- Clear written and verbal communication, comfortable working with sales leaders and reps.
- Curiosity about AI and automation. Experience with tools like Clay, Amplemarket, or Claude is a plus.
- Open to candidates with more experience, particularly those transitioning from investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance into an operational role.

Pliant
View Company ProfilePliant is a high-growth fintech platform and corporate card management infrastructure provider engineered to streamline enterprise payment workflows, B2B procurement, and expense automation across global markets. Founded in Berlin in 2020, the company eliminates the rigid credit caps, sluggish approval cycles, and fragmented receipt reconciliation of legacy commercial banking by offering bank-independent Visa corporate credit cards with high spending limits, automated receipt collection, and real-time spend analytics. Moving beyond simple virtual card generators, Pliant equips mid-market enterprises and scale-ups with a modular financial operating system that includes white-label Card-as-a-Service (CaaS) capabilities, Pro APIs, and multi-currency business accounts. Under the hood, its enterprise architecture—bolstered by native ERP and accounting integrations (DATEV, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Lexware), 3D Secure verification, and automated PSD2/PCI-DSS compliance pipelines—natively handles high-volume transaction processing, custom card issuance flows, and dynamic spend control rules. What sets Pliant apart is its dual delivery model; by offering both turnkey mobile spend apps for end-users and embedded API rails for developers, the platform enables organizations to optimize cash flow, unlock substantial transaction cashback, and automate back-office bookkeeping with elite precision.
