Position Overview

We are seeking a highly sophisticated, data-minded Growth Marketing Manager to join our core global Demand Generation cell in a full-time remote capacity within the United States. In this highly visible performance marketing seat, you will combine deep paid acquisition mastery with advanced search engine optimization (SEO) strategy to scale our organic and paid inbound pipelines. Moving completely past basic campaign setups, you will direct external media agencies, manage six-figure monthly advertising budgets, and optimize full-funnel lead flows from initial user impressions straight to revenue impact. This high-agency role demands a modern growth marketer who can confidently navigate ad network dashboards, model user intent patterns, and leverage AI tools or automated agentic workflows to increase acquisition velocity across a fast-growing B2B SaaS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Acquisition Scale: Design, manage, and scale Fleetio’s global paid search and paid social strategies across multi-channel environments, natively focusing on Google Ads and LinkedIn networks.
  • Agency Accountability Governance: Coordinate sequentially with external paid media and SEO agency partners, evaluating performance metrics, prioritizing test configurations, and enforcing strict pipeline delivery expectations.
  • Budget Allocation Optimization: Manage and analyze six-figure monthly media investments, utilizing advanced data forecasting to balance Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), lead quality, and revenue conversions.
  • SEO Framework Execution: Partner directly with agency teams and internal content squads to evolve our comprehensive organic growth framework across technical optimization, search intent structures, and conversion opportunities.
  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Lead fully integrated campaign launches spanning paid media, organic content, web conversion pathways, outbound messaging, and strategic industry events.
  • Ad Creative Alignment: Collaborate closely alongside Product Marketing, Content, and Creative teams to architect high-performing ad creatives, tailored user offers, and unified landing page user experiences.
  • Marketing Automation Instrumentation: Track and refine backend attribution data, lead scoring logic, and lead routing parameters to minimize drop-offs and optimize our underlying conversion engine.
  • AI Operational Calibration: Evaluate and deploy automated frameworks, next-generation AI marketing tools, and agent-based workflows to streamline high-velocity testing across digital channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of verified professional history running advanced B2B SaaS growth marketing, multi-channel demand generation, performance marketing, or enterprise campaign delivery.
  • Deep, authoritative technical experience managing large-scale Google Ads acquisition models and paid B2B strategies within the LinkedIn ecosystem.
  • Proven, hands-on master-tier execution tracking large-scale organic traffic, search engine optimization (SEO) primitives, keyword landscapes, and search intent mappings.
  • Demonstrated commercial background managing six-figure monthly ad budgets and successfully holding external marketing agencies accountable to explicit pipeline goals.
  • Strong quantitative analysis mechanics, with a native capacity to translate raw conversion data, attribution models, and user impressions into strategic investment decisions.
  • Location Context: Full-time remote parameters open exclusively to qualified growth marketing leaders permanently located anywhere within the United States.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior experience directing digital growth campaigns natively within the transportation tech, automotive logistics, commercial supply chain, or industrial asset management sectors.
  • Familiarity with enterprise CRM configurations, looker studio dashboard structures, or advanced B2B multi-touch marketing attribution software.
  • Experience supporting campaign amplification structures for product feature updates, technical webinars, whitepapers, or large customer success stories.

What We Offer

  • The exceptional professional canvas to directly direct, own, and expand the paid and organic acquisition frameworks of an industry-leading B2B fleet operations platform.
  • Highly competitive base salary structures supplemented by valuable corporate incentive stock options and a company-matched 401(k) plan at 4%.
  • Profound work-from-home remote parameters providing an established, remote-first environment since 2012 with flexible execution setups.
  • Comprehensive health care provisions, including multiple medical and dental insurance options paid at 100% for the employee (and 50% for family dependents).
  • Robust time off benefits comprising 4 weeks of paid vacation (increasing at year two), 12 paid calendar holidays, 2 floating holidays, and up to 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave for birthing parents.
  • Dedicated $150 quarterly corporate wellbeing funds, a $125 quarterly business expense stipend, professional development funding blocks, short-term/long-term disability protections, and a high-spec Mac laptop setup package.
