Group Reservation Manager

The Group Reservation Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of group reservations to ensure a seamless booking experience for B2B partners. This role requires a deep understanding of travel logistics, experience in group tourism, strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, along with the ability to work with large amounts of information simultaneously.

What You’ll Do

• Booking Management: Process group reservations promptly and accurately, searching and booking group accommodation options, additional services according to the request.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
• Travel Coordination: Receive and process requests for booking hotels, other accommodation facilities, transport services, and excursions around the world for groups.
• Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage relationships with hotels and other service providers to secure favorable rates and terms.
• Itinerary Creation: Create customized travel itineraries that align with clients' interests and budgets.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any group booking issues or client complaints promptly. Partner support in all cases arising from completed bookings (cancellation, changes, relocation, etc.).

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in group travel management, concierge agency, TMC, DMC, or tour operator companies.
• Knowledge of hotels in the Russian Federation and popular destinations.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of travel-related regulations and compliance.
• Proficient in travel management software and tools.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Language Skills: Knowledge of English at an Upper-Intermediate level (both spoken and written).
• Ability to work under heavy load.
• A responsible, stress-resistant, and attentive person.
