About Finni Health: Finni Health is a hyper-growth, YC-backed healthcare software and infrastructure pioneer on an ambitious mission to democratize autism care. We empower specialized autism care providers to seamlessly start, run, and scale their own independent practices. By providing instant access to our managed commercial insurance network, custom-built Electronic Health Record (EHR) software, comprehensive human resource engines, and deep clinical support structures, Finni Health replaces legacy medical administration friction with automated, scalable care pathways. Backed by top-tier institutional investors like General Catalyst, Finni Health is transforming behavioral healthcare delivery across North America.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly autonomous, systems-fluent, and contract-proficient Group Contracting Manager to take absolute strategic and operational ownership of Finni Health’s payer network under a permanent, full-time remote configuration open across the United States. In this business-critical infrastructure seat, you will lead the end-to-end provider enrollment, insurance roster administration, and contract maintenance loops that allow specialist clinicians to successfully operate in-network. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated administrative data transcription loops, generic marketing copywriting, or simple software engineering edits, you will run an active managed-care compliance, reimbursement optimization, and insurance relationship laboratory. Partnering cross-functionally alongside embedded Product, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Compliance, and Provider Success squads, you will build scalable onboarding frameworks to accelerate network growth. This position requires a healthcare operations authority with 4+ years of history who guides payer operations fluidly natively using Project Management and medical administration primitives, handles complex commercial and Medicaid relationships, manages distributed internal or offshore resources, and establishes strict performance KPIs to prevent network enrollment lapses.
Key Responsibilities
- Payer Network Strategy & Governance: Formulate, execute, and scale comprehensive strategies to expand and optimize Finni Health’s commercial and Medicaid payer network natively utilizing Project Management guidelines.
- Operational Enrollment Instrumentation: Direct and streamline the comprehensive provider enrollment, insurance credentialing, and initial onboarding pipelines to ensure clinicians rapidly transition to in-network status.
- Network Maintenance & Compliance Control: Oversee all revalidation, recredentialing, roster management, demographic updates, and recurring contract renewals, proactively eliminating compliance lapses.
- Cross-Functional System Harmonization: Serve as the key operational link connecting Billing/RCM, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams to align stakeholder priorities around market expansion plans.
- Data-Driven Telemetry Auditing: Analyze network performance summaries, credentialing latency metrics, and reimbursement potentials to support strategic business decisions and optimize contract yields.
- Distributed Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and mentor the internal and offshore operations cells responsible for day-to-day enrollment executions, driving absolute accountability through clear KPIs.
- Process Automation & Scaffolding: Collaborate directly with internal Product managers to build automated workflows that reduce manual healthcare administration burdens and improve clinician satisfaction.
- Audit & Escalation Support: Anchor and manage structured external payer audits, compliance trackings, and commercial rate negotiations with regional insurance carrier representatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 4+ years of proven, successful professional history operating inside a Healthcare Operations Manager, Payer Enrollment Lead, Credentialing Specialist, RCM Supervisor, Network Management Consultant, or matching data-driven medical operations capacity.
- Mandatory Payer Landscape Command: Extensive, hands-on production history directly executing contracting, provider enrollment, or roster validations with both commercial insurance carriers and Medicaid payers.
- Demonstrated capability building, modularizing, and scaling operational processes inside a fast-paced, fluid startup or high-growth corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and project management habits, with a verified history tracking team performance KPIs and managing multiple priority paths simultaneously.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication strengths in English, with an established capability to negotiate contract details and present data metrics to executive boards.
- Highly organized operator with exceptional attention to details, comfortable utilizing Google Workspace, Slack, CRM platforms, and healthcare IT databases.
- Location Context: Position operates under remote parameters open exclusively to qualified healthcare operations managers residing permanently within the United States.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Prior operational or technical background managing credentialing frameworks specifically inside the behavioral health, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), or mental health tech sectors.
- Familiarity with modern automated healthcare credentialing software tools, digital billing architectures, or enterprise provider management systems.
- Experience managing a blend of local onshore specialists and distributed offshore operational resource blocks.
What We Offer
- Top-Tier US HealthTech Remuneration Grid: A highly competitive annual base salary structure of $110,000 - $130,000 USD, supplemented by equity options and attractive performance-aligned reward components.
- 100% remote workspace infrastructure autonomy anywhere within the United States, removing corporate office commuting friction.
- Direct High-Growth Scaling Ownership: Elite professional credentials built by commanding the foundational infrastructure that empowers autism care providers to launch successful independent clinics nationwide.
- Comprehensive health preservation benefits, providing high-tier medical, dental, and vision network options alongside dedicated clinical support features.
- Access to a dynamic startup ecosystem backed by premier global investors, prioritizing high personal ownership, low ego boundaries, and swift merit-based professional tracks.
