Graphic Designer (Remote) - High-Volume Creative Production

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join a growing team and support a client with high-volume creative production across e-commerce, marketing, and retail channels. This role will focus on adapting campaign concepts, producing digital and print-ready assets, retouching imagery, and maintaining strong brand consistency.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, comfortable managing multiple priorities and short turnaround times, and experienced in delivering accurate, production-ready creative assets in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high volumes of channel-ready creative assets for websites, email, paid social, organic social, digital advertising, retail signage, and point-of-sale material.
• Adapt approved campaign concepts and master artwork into the dimensions, formats, and variations required by each channel while maintaining visual consistency.
• Resize, crop, retouch, colour-correct, and optimise product and lifestyle imagery for web, mobile, social, email, and print use.
• Create production-ready layouts and multipage documents in Adobe InDesign, including catalogues, lookbooks, line sheets, and retail materials.
• Create and refine vector artwork, icons, typography, simple illustrations, and supporting graphic elements in Adobe Illustrator.
• Use Adobe Photoshop for masking, background removal, clean-up, compositing, colour adjustments, and final export preparation.
• Produce e-commerce content including website banners, product-page assets, campaign tiles, email and CRM imagery, and promotional graphics.
• Prepare production-ready print artwork with correct bleed, trim, resolution, colour profiles, and supplier specifications.
• Create simple motion graphics and animated asset adaptations in Adobe After Effects for social, display, and campaign use.
• Use approved AI-assisted design tools to accelerate resizing, image clean-up, background work, mock-ups, and variation production while manually checking every output.
• Apply the client's approved brand guidelines, templates, typography, and visual standards consistently across all assets and channels.
• Complete preflight and quality checks covering copy, pricing, product details, dimensions, resolution, links, colour, and final export settings.
• Maintain an organised digital asset library with consistent folder structures, file naming, version control, and archived editable source files.
• Manage the design queue against campaign dates and commercial priorities, clarify incomplete briefs, incorporate feedback promptly, and report throughput, deadlines, and blockers.
