At some point in any digital investigation, an analyst needs to step beyond the perimeter and engage threats at the source. Authentic8 Silo places any type of digital analyst in region-specific, multi-application workspaces, securely and anonymously, anywhere across the globe. Target content can be captured, analyzed, and transformed in order to derive intelligence and support investigation requirements. All delivered in a cloud-native, multi-tenant platform.

Compliance officers, mission managers, and administrators have their own specific audit and oversight requirements; to meet these needs, Silo also ensures compliance and appropriate use through class-leading policy enforcement and audit logging.

Silo transforms how more than 750 of the world's most sophisticated organizations, from domestic and foreign government agencies to commercial entities across all sectors, conduct their digital investigations.

Authentic8 (operating at authentic8.com) is a cloud-based web security and digital investigation platform engineered for intelligence, security, and research teams. Founded in 2010 by Ramesh Rajagopal and Scott Petry and headquartered in Redwood City, California, Authentic8 specializes in enabling secure, anonymous online investigations without exposing the analyst’s identity, location, or intent. Unlike traditional research tools that risk compromising sensitive operations, Authentic8’s core product, **Silo**, isolates browsing sessions in a controlled environment, mitigating cyber threats and data leaks. Under the hood, the platform leverages remote browser isolation technology to create air-gapped digital workspaces, ensuring that investigations remain confidential and untraceable. This allows intelligence and security professionals to conduct OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence) and cyber threat analysis without the risk of leaving digital footprints. Backed by a total of $12 million in debt financing, Authentic8 serves enterprise clients by blending prevention and remediation to fortify digital defenses.
