About the role
ElevenLabs is one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the world, and Colombia is one of our most strategic markets in Latin America. We're looking for an experienced General Manager to own the country end to end, build the founding commercial and technical team, and drive ElevenLabs to market leadership in Colombia.
This is a role for an execution-focused operator who has built and led high-performing teams in Colombia, understands the enterprise landscape deeply, and is ready to build something with real legacy.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute the Colombia country strategy including sales, customer delivery, KPI setting, and hiring
- Design the optimal pipeline to reach ambitious B2B sales targets and personally lead relationships with the top 30 strategic accounts in the market
- Hire the founding Colombia team responsible for sales and implementations
- Define event priorities and brand awareness investments in market
- Represent ElevenLabs at events and in media appearances
- Build and leverage the partner ecosystem to generate new collaborations and sales opportunities in partnership with the global BD team
- Ideate, own, and drive big bets for the country
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience leading teams and highly complex projects in Colombia
- Background in consulting and sales
- Deep expertise deploying technical products and solutions to enterprise customers
- Owner mentality, hands-on and self-starting with a bias toward results
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams
- Native Spanish speaker, strong English fluency required
Location:
Remote-first, executable from anywhere in Colombia with ability to travel for client meetings, primarily in Bogotá.
