Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-minded Full Stack Product Engineer to join our core centralized Product and Engineering collective in a full-time remote capacity across the Philippines, India, or Pakistan. Operating deeply within an AI-first operating environment, you will step up to claim individual strategic accountability for designing, building, and maintaining full-stack web applications and complex product features from initial concept through to production-ready deployment. Shifting completely away from legacy administrative manual programming loops, this role requires an AI-native practitioner who leverages generative machine learning tools as a mandatory execution asset to accelerate daily engineering pipelines across code drafting, visual design iteration, and automated QA. You must adapt fluidly to a rigorous fixed United States timezone layout, working 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (EST) to maintain uncompromised technical alignment with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Lifecycle Product Architecture: Design, build, test, and maintain robust full-stack web applications and client-facing feature modules, taking absolute project ownership from initial design through to production deployment natively utilizing Frontend core layouts.
• Scalable Backend Systems Implementation: Code, optimize, and maintain low-latency backend systems, structural relational data models, and secure API layers natively leveraging AI Engineer workflow prompts and engineering best practices.
• Intuitive Experience Engineering: Collaborate intimately with distributed product and design squads to turn raw client discovery insights into responsive, highly performant, accessible, and pixel-perfect browser experiences.
• Mandatory AI Workflow Acceleration: Integrate advanced artificial intelligence tools into your daily engineering workflows as a core requirement to accelerate visual research, layout iteration, script drafting, and pre-delivery quality checks.
• Data-Led Feature Iteration: Synthesize qualitative customer feedback and quantitative platform analytics rows to rapidly patch, upgrade, and iterate on active product components.
• Production Triage and Optimization: Troubleshoot complex runtime production issues, manage database execution latencies, and implement clean code patterns to continuously maximize system reliability.
• Strategic Engineering Governance: Participate actively within high-stakes product strategy discussions, contributing ideas to raise the codebase quality bar and help establish internal engineering guidelines.
• Fixed US Shift Alignment Compliance: Execute daily development workflows strictly during 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Eastern Time (EST), Monday through Friday, including regional holidays, to anchor synchronization across international teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of verified professional history running commercial full-stack web engineering, software product design, interactive web application building, startup asset development, or technology consulting.
• Deep, authoritative technical understanding of client-server software lifecycles, database normalization strategies, web accessibility guidelines, and structural interface patterns natively using Frontend toolsets.
• Expert-tier capability writing clean code, building responsive interfaces, and managing client-side structures natively utilizing Frontend components (specifically operating across React, Next.js, or related TypeScript frameworks).
• Practical operational familiarity constructing scalable backend logic, wiring up database systems, and managing structured web services natively using AI Engineer frameworks.
• Compulsory AI Fluency: Proven capacity to work as an AI-native practitioner, demonstrating clear history utilizing intelligent prompting and machine learning copilots to safely maximize software output quality and engineering speeds.
