About Reveleer: Reveleer is a premier, internationally recognized value-based care (VBC) software pioneer, clinical data intelligence innovator, and healthcare technology leader on an absolute mission to solve the most pressing real-world challenges faced by health-plan organizations and medical providers today. By seamlessly unifying record retrieval, complex clinical intelligence, risk adjustment protocols, quality improvement metrics, and member management solutions into one intelligent, AI-powered ecosystem, Reveleer streamlines fragmented medical workflows to supercharge healthcare productivity. Operating an elite, cloud-scale platform, the company empowers distributed engineering cells with the ultimate data canvas to optimize clinical performance, improve care outcomes, and accelerate the transition toward scalable value-based initiatives confidently across the digital health space.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly sophisticated, automation-minded Full Stack AI Engineer to join our core global Reveleer AI division in a full-time remote capacity within the United States. Embedded as a core individual contributor inside a specialized, high-velocity squad, you will claim absolute individual accountability for developing the next-generation agentic models and pipeline architectures for clinical prospective suspecting. Moving entirely beyond basic template setups or uninsulated coding habits, you will apply first-principles thinking to break down hard software anomalies and ship highly scalable, clinically accurate systems. This high-agency role demands a full-stack craftsman who builds end-to-end product experiences, traces performance issues across multiple cloud-native dependencies seamlessly, and balances advanced generative machine learning advances with disciplined software quality metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Agentic Model Architecture Delivery: Design, implement, and maintain complex backend logic and intelligent agentic workflows optimized specifically for multi-tenant prospective clinical suspecting structures.
- Full-Stack Product Engineering: Develop and deploy end-to-end user experiences across all layers of the software stack, creating scalable backend services, ingestion data pipelines, and highly accessible frontend views.
- Python and Node Backend Tuning: Code, refactor, and extend robust, low-latency server-side business logic and cloud microservices natively using Python or Node.js.
- Interactive Frontend Layout Curation: Build and optimize polished, responsive client-facing modules and data visualization tools natively utilizing React and TypeScript alongside semantic CSS blocks.
- Cloud-Native Infrastructure Governance: Manage, scale, and maintain containerized microservices networks, distributed event-driven architectures, and cloud-native provisioning pipelines running across AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- System Monitoring & Observability Triage: Architect and continually improve logging frameworks, tracing registries, and continuous performance observability platforms to monitor high-volume data grids at scale.
- Clinical Logic Validation: Partner closely with specialized clinical experts, data scientists, and fellow systems engineers to guarantee that the surfaced automated data patterns maintain strict clinical accuracy and deliver actionable medical insights.
- Production Incident Troubleshooting: Diagnose, isolate, and eliminate production bottlenecks, claiming end-to-end problem resolution from the first system alert down to root-cause discovery and future prevention scripting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of verified professional history running advanced software development, full-stack systems engineering, object-oriented software design, or cloud application delivery.
- 3+ years of commercial experience configuring, debugging, and scaling large-scale distributed systems, microservices meshes, event-driven architectures, or pipeline orchestration setups.
- 2+ years of hands-on production history operating and orchestrating cloud services natively within public cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
- Demonstrated development proficiency coding clean frontend layout applications natively utilizing **React** and TypeScript.
- Strong, production-tested scripting capabilities, highlighting a verified history writing performant web logic inside **Python** or Node.js.
- Outstanding problem-solving logic and debugging instincts, with a demonstrated capability to trace complex failures across federated services and read raw log files under pressure without relying on automated tools to do the thinking for you.
- Proven professional curiosity with modern generative AI advances, coupled with a thoughtful perspective on where machine learning tools expand developer velocity and where they fail.
- Location Context: Full-time operational parameters open to qualified full-stack AI builders based permanently anywhere within the United States to execute 100% remotely from home.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Prior professional experience navigating the healthcare technology ecosystem, managing clinical data streams, processing Electronic Health Records (EHR), or supporting value-based care platforms.
- Practical exposure configuring data pipelines via advanced orchestration framework tooling such as Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster.
- Hands-on experience manipulating non-relational datastores or cloud warehousing layers, specifically utilizing Firestore, BigQuery, or adjacent GCP data services.
- A continuous personal habit of simplifying over-engineered components, fixing fragile deployment paths, and eliminating developer bottlenecks proactively.
What We Offer
- High-Yield U.S. Base Compensation: An attractive, competitive annual baseline salary range structured transparently between $175,000 – $200,000 USD per year, calibrated precisely to reward your full-stack velocity and machine learning authority.
- The exceptional professional canvas to directly direct, code-shape, and deploy the clinical agentic models protecting and supercharging healthcare delivery for health plans nationwide.
- Profound work-from-home remote parameters providing an elite digital workspace with total scheduling trust and absolute location flexibility within the USA.
- Immediate eligibility to access comprehensive premium health rewards, encompassing extensive group medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
- Robust retirement planning provisions via a corporate-supported 401(k) investment framework featuring company matching tracks.
- Generous paid time off (PTO) allocations designed to support optimal life balance, personal recovery, and long-term project energy.
