Our exceptional experience across Applications, Data & AI, DevOps, Security, and the Microsoft Azure platform enables organizations to accelerate innovation, enhance security, and optimize operational agility.
The Role
You are joining us as a front-end web developer who will own and evolve the user interfaces for our internal tools. Alongside that primary focus, you will grow into full ownership of our Power BI reporting, building on solid, hands-on Power BI experience to take on report and dashboard delivery. Your day-to-day will involve building and improving user interfaces first and foremost, while growing into ownership of our Power BI reports, dashboards, and report-deployment process — all aimed at making our internal tools more usable and our reporting reliable, consistent, and easy to maintain.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve user interfaces for internal tools.
- Take full ownership of Power BI reporting, including report delivery and deployment processes.
- Build and improve Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Ensure internal tools are usable and reporting is reliable and consistent.
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to surface the right data effectively.
- Improve existing deployment processes by reducing manual and brittle steps.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in front-end web development, primarily in React or similar frameworks.
- Strong, hands-on Power BI experience, including semantic models, DAX, Power Query/M, and SQL.
- Working knowledge of Python-based deployment and automation codebases.
- Strong written and spoken English for collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience partnering with engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure proper data surfacing.
- Strong eye for design and usability, with problem-solving skills to improve deployment processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI Projects and TMDL semantic-model definitions.
- Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Experience with design systems, component libraries, or UX tooling (e.g., Figma).
- Familiarity with Azure Resource Graph, Log Analytics/KQL, and Microsoft Sentinel.
What Success Looks Like
We measure success by results and alignment. Here is how we define a 'win' for this role over your first year:
After 90 Days
- Developed a strong understanding of the existing front-end codebase.
- Built working relationships with Engineering and client-facing teams.
- Delivered several Power BI report or dashboard updates and shipped a UI improvement.
After 1 Year
- Taken full ownership of Power BI reporting, including report delivery and deployment processes.
- Shipped measurable improvements to internal tools' UI.
- Defined and documented standard measures, naming conventions, and templates for consistent reporting.
- Helped shape a new internal configuration-management interface.

- Humble (Low Ego, High Impact) — Share credit, admit mistakes, and view them as growth opportunities.
