Freelance Senior Wind Engineer (Technical Due Diligence)

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Senior Wind Engineer with a proven track record in Technical Due Diligence services (contract review, yield assessment, site visits) in CEE, the Middle East, the Caucasus, and/or Central Asia.

You have experience in wind energy, technical due diligence, resource assessment, and/or project development. You will conduct technical due diligence for wind installations in Benelux, Eastern Europe, the Middle-East, and Asia. This can include but is not limited to:

• Technical review of main components of wind turbines;
• Review of contracts (TSA, O&M contract, Power Purchase Agreement, Grid connection, etc.);
• Review of land leases and building permits;
• Review of environmental impact studies;
• Review of long-term energy yield assessments;
• Delivering the technical due diligence studies following the planning, budget, and the internal quality process of execution;
• Liaising with the project Lender and/or Sponsors and other project stakeholders;
