Senior Solutions Advisor

At 3E, we're looking for a Senior Solutions Advisor who can connect deep technical knowledge with customer needs, helping businesses navigate evolving regulations, optimize their compliance processes, and get greater value from their technology investments.

In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, working alongside our commercial teams to shape solutions that bring together SAP EHS, regulatory content, 3E Generate, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities. You'll have the opportunity to influence complex sales opportunities, collaborate with technical and commercial experts, and contribute to how 3E brings its product stewardship solutions to market.

What You'll Do

• Help customers solve complex challenges. Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand customers' SAP environments, regulatory requirements, and business priorities, then recommend solutions that address their needs.

• Shape enterprise solutions. Partner with Business Development teams on complex opportunities, developing solution strategies, delivering tailored demonstrations, and contributing to proposals and Scopes of Work.

• Put your SAP EHS expertise to work. Advise customers on structured regulatory content, SAP EHS workflows, and integration considerations, including evolving SAP technologies and S/4HANA transformations.

• Connect technology to business value. Demonstrate how 3E's regulatory Content as a Service, 3E Generate, authoring services, and AI-enabled capabilities can help customers address compliance and operational challenges.

• Build lasting customer relationships. Collaborate with Account Managers to identify opportunities for additional solution adoption and support customers as their regulatory and business needs evolve.

• Influence what's next. Work with Product, Implementation, and Customer Experience teams to share customer insights, address technical considerations, and contribute to solution improvements.

• Contribute to commercial growth. Support shared sales objectives by helping advance enterprise opportunities and communicating the business value of 3E's solutions.

• Share your knowledge. Represent 3E through customer presentations, webinars, and industry events, while providing guidance and expertise to fellow Solutions Advisors.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 7+ years of experience in product stewardship, environmental health and safety, chemical regulatory compliance, supply chain compliance, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with SAP EHS, including knowledge of how structured regulatory content supports chemical compliance and product stewardship processes.

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with the ability to engage stakeholders and build trusted relationships.

• Experience in consultative or solution-selling environments, translating technical requirements into practical business solutions.

• Knowledge of global chemical regulatory frameworks such as GHS, REACH, TSCA, WHMIS, HazCom, RoHS, or similar regulations.

• Ability to communicate complex regulatory and technical concepts clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.

• Proficiency with Salesforce.

• Demonstrated AI fluency, including the ability to use AI tools effectively and engage customers in conversations about the practical applications and business value of AI-enabled solutions.

• This role requires approximately 20-30% travel to support customer meetings, demos, and other business needs.

• Based in the US in one of the states where 3E is authorized to hire, and eligible to work without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA transformations and evolving SAP EHS environments.

• Experience with regulatory content providers, Content as a Service solutions, or structured data integrations.

• Experience with 3E Generate or similar product stewardship software.

• Experience supporting complex enterprise software or regulatory services sales.

• Previous experience using 3E products or services.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
