The Role

We’re looking for a Freelance Recruiter to conduct the full-cycle recruitment process from the first contact to the offer stage. In this role, you’ll play a key part in evaluating talent and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

To be successful in this role, you need to ensure we offer a positive candidate experience and meet our hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: from application to job offer;
• Monitor automated hiring flows and step in where a personalized approach is needed;
• Conduct interviews for roles that follow the standard hiring process;
• Assess candidates' communication skills, experience, and overall fit for the role;
• Provide detailed feedback on interviewed candidates;
• Keep candidate data accurate and up to date in the ATS;
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience;
• Be an ambassador of SupportYourApp and promote the company’s brand and values.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills of written and spoken English (C1+);
• Experience with Workable ATS is a must;
• At least 1–2 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruiter experience;
• Good time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions;
• Experience with recruiting candidates through different job websites;
• Sourcing skills;
• Open, easy-going personality.

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of AI recruiting tools;
• Any other foreign language knowledge is a plus.
