Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-minded Freelance Middle Salesforce Consultant to join our dedicated global Salesforce service line in a full-time contract capacity within Poland. In this specialized, deal-facing consulting and engineering seat, you will act as the vital binding link connecting our core technical developer squads directly with enterprise clients. You will claim individual accountability for transforming high-level business desires into practical, high-performance solution designs natively leveraging the Salesforce ecosystem. This freelance project-based engagement is planned through October 2026, with immense structural potential for continued long-term collaboration, contract extensions, or wider placement tracks. This role demands a proactive consultant who is equally comfortable writing Apex modules as they are presenting abstract technical rationales to non-technical business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Salesforce Solution Architecture: Create, document, and maintain comprehensive technical solution designs and data models to align Salesforce architecture with complex client requirements.
• Declarative & Programmatic Development: Configure and deliver tailored system capabilities across multi-cloud structures, blending declarative point-and-click tools with customized code components.
• Core Programming Blocks Customization: Write, debug, and extend performant server-side workflows, automation triggers, and modular front-end views natively utilizing Apex classes, system triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs).
• Agentforce AI Orchestration: Deploy and test next-generation cognitive support routing and autonomous customer service architectures natively using Agentforce for Service loops.
• Multi-Cloud Environment Management: Govern system logic, user hierarchies, and security perimeters smoothly across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud nodes (including B2B Commerce platforms).
• Agile Estimation & Sprint Planning: Formulate accurate technical workload estimations, break open-ended specifications into testable items, and participate actively inside a close-knit Scrum workspace.
• Rigorous Code Review Hygiene: Conduct thorough peer reviews of code deployments and system settings, ensuring strict alignment with software engineering standards and release rules.
• CI/CD Release Governance: Support automated continuous integration and continuous delivery checks, ensuring system patches deploy smoothly into sandbox and production targets.
• Asynchronous Knowledge Sharing: Author architecture blueprints and deliver technical instruction sessions to scale engineering expertise across internal and client teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of verified professional history running advanced Salesforce systems consultation, cloud application delivery, CRM engineering, or technical business analysis.
• Hands-on configuration history delivering solutions natively inside Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud registries.
• Demonstrated experience bridging the technical gap, with a proven ability to interpret abstract business problems and present functional solutions clearly to corporate boards.
• Strong quantitative baseline capabilities to trace user metrics, model data flows, and calculate system parameters using analytic models and Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication mechanics in fluent English, with a natural capacity to explain complex technology architectures without relying on dense filler terms.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related STEM field.
• Location Context: Project parameters open exclusively to qualified Salesforce consultants base-stationed permanently anywhere within Poland to operate 100% remotely from home.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

• Direct operational familiarity utilizing Agentforce for Service or deploying modern chatbot tools to handle high-volume user interactions.
• Hands-on proficiency writing custom programmatic extensions using Apex and modern client-side JavaScript architectures via LWCs.
• Possession of active, industry-verified platform credentials, including Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud certifications.
• Prior background contributing to large-scale enterprise e-commerce system rollouts, ERP integrations, or high-availability database migrations.
