Master these to land this role
Want to know if you're a match for this job?
What You Will Accomplish:
Plan and execute customer-facing in-person events including lunch-and-learns, executive briefings, and other field programs that bring our content and product story to life while driving pipeline and accelerating deals, end to end from strategy and budget through logistics and follow-up.
Design and run regional Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs that target key accounts with tailored, high-touch experiences.
Partner closely with the Content / Product Marketing/Sales/Customer Success teams to adapt and localize messaging, collateral, and narratives for field programs.
Build a content point-of-view for field programs: know what story needs to be told to which audience, and in what format, at each event or campaign.
Manage event and program budgets, vendors, and logistics.
Measure and report on program performance (pipeline influence, engagement, account penetration) and use those insights to sharpen future programs.
Own end-to-end field marketing programs – from strategy to execution and measurement – generating qualified pipeline, accelerating open opportunities, and strengthening customer relationships.
Continuously improve and innovate, using data, market insights, and stakeholder feedback to refine tactics and introduce new, high-impact program ideas.
What We're Looking For:
• 4–6 years of field marketing experience, with a track record of running both customer events and ABM/regional programs.
• A genuine content instinct – you care about the narrative, not just the logistics, and you're comfortable giving input on messaging and assets.
• Experience partnering closely with Content and/or Product teams; you know how to translate roadmap and messaging into field-ready programs.
• Strong project management skills – you can juggle multiple events/programs at once without dropping details.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building process where none exists yet.
• Willingness and enthusiasm to travel 40–50% of the time.
