Position Overview
We are seeking a highly charismatic, energetic, and socially connected university student to join our field activation division as an Event Car Driver / Student Marketeer under a temporary, part-time remote and field-based framework in Diyarbakır, Türkiye. Operating as our core regional brand champion, you will step up to claim direct product sampling execution, campus activation strategy, and local retail visibility accountability across your student ecosystem. Shifting completely away from administrative office data logging, baseline technical helpline deskwork, or slow-moving paperwork, you will run an active peer-to-peer consumer discovery, event coordination, and digital content distribution laboratory—partnering face-to-face with local university communities, regional sales managers, and experiential event marketing squads. This position requires an outgoing student leader who coordinates grass-roots activations fluidly natively using Social Media Manager guidelines, evaluates regional youth trends cleanly to capture new consumer segments, and directs retail execution standards confidently across high-footfall university networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Identity Representation: Embody Red Bull’s premium brand values and identity across all daily interactions, expertly engaging with diverse consumers to address questions and accelerate product awareness.
- Targeted Campus Activation: Architect, document, and deploy innovative, custom-tailored campus marketing plans that spark student curiosity and weave the Red Bull brand fluidly into local university life.
- Digital Content Advocacy: Deepen long-term brand equity and consumer interaction by producing and amplifying original, high-energy campaign media assets natively utilizing Social Media Manager protocols.
- Experiential Event Execution: Pilot the iconic Red Bull event vehicle and drive critical logistical operations across major regional events and brand-supported activities to generate unforgettable consumer touchpoints.
- Strategic Network Cultivation: Establish and expand a robust, highly active communication network consisting of key campus communities, student leaders, and influential regional trendsetters.
- Retail and Sales Optimization: Partner directly with regional sales squads to audit retail points of sale on and around campuses, ensuring flawless implementation of Red Bull’s premium placement standards and maximizing stock visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Current enrollment as an active university student in Diyarbakır, possessing a deep, comprehensive familiarity with your campus architecture, local student trends, and popular regional spots.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication strengths, displaying a charismatic, positive, and highly sociable personality capable of connecting with diverse groups easily.
- Highly responsible self-starter who demonstrates clear entrepreneurial spirit, a sharp eye for detail, and excellent personal initiative.
- Proven capability to stay organized and maintain a healthy, reliable balance between rigorous university coursework and part-time professional schedules.
- Natural desire to acquire and apply practical professional skills across corporate marketing fields, commercial negotiation loops, and field sales tactics.
- Scheduling and Availability Parameters: Highly flexible working hours, but requires uncompromised availability to support strategic event activations during weekends and evening hours as needed.
- Travel and Location Parameters: Position is home-based for digital scheduling but demands 40-50% local travel to execute hands-on field marketing tasks across Diyarbakır, Türkiye.
