This is a strategic, quota-carrying role responsible for leading complex enterprise sales in EMEA. You’ll work closely with technical and business stakeholders to help industrial and digital-first enterprises modernize their data infrastructure with HiveMQ’s enterprise-grade MQTT platform.
Who are you?
The ideal candidate for this job should have most of the following:
5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally in IoT, data infrastructure, cloud, or integration platforms
Proven track record of managing full-cycle sales and closing high-value, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals (6- and 7-figure)
Strong command of value-based selling frameworks such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message
Experience selling to both technical (e.g., architects, engineers) and economic (e.g., VPs, CIOs) buyers
Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
Is fluent in German and English
You might also have:
Experience with MQTT, messaging platforms, edge computing, or event-driven architecture
Deep understanding of industrial sectors (e.g., manufacturing, automotive, energy, healthcare) and their digital transformation challenges
Background working with or through industrial systems integrators, automation firms, or hyperscaler cloud marketplaces
Demonstrated ability to build internal champions and lead multithreaded, competitive sales pursuits
Passion for emerging technologies and a desire to be at the forefront of the edge-to-cloud data revolution
