Enterprise & Public Sector Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced partnership professional to lead our partner initiatives in enterprise business and public sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnership Strategy: Work with sales leadership to develop and execute PagerDuty’s enterprise business and public sector partner strategy.
• Partner Development: Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships with public sector partners including distributors like Carahsoft, contractors, and system integrators.
• Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with internal teams and partners to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies, driving awareness, adoption, and revenue growth in target accounts.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations, ensuring alignment of objectives and mutual success.
• Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to develop and deliver training, tools, and resources to support the public sector sales efforts.
• Market Intelligence: Stay informed about public sector trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
• Performance Metrics: Track and report on the performance of strategic alliances, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Event Participation: Represent PagerDuty at public sector and industry events, conferences, and industry forums to promote solutions and expand networks.
