As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the full account lifecycle — from prospecting and landing new enterprise and strategic logos, through renewal, upsell, and cross-sell — setting the strategic vision for your territory, directing resources to support that strategy, and executing sales at a tactical level to grow the business.
Responsibilities
New business
- Exceed prospecting activity, pipeline, and account-landing goals on a quarterly basis
- Continually build a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Develop and manage relationships with prospects in your named account list
- Identify, manage, and attend industry events and user groups to generate market awareness
Account growth & renewals
- Proactively manage the renewal process for accounts in your book of business to ensure continued adoption of the Quiq product
- Proactively build a pipeline by identifying upsell and cross-sell “add-on” opportunities within the existing customer base
- Go deeper and wider in accounts to drive adoption of Quiq across multiple business functions
- Work with Client Success and Marketing to execute multi-touch strategies for penetrating and expanding accounts
Across the full account lifecycle
- Become a product and solutions selling expert; conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers
- Demonstrate and sell value to key stakeholders during fast-moving, complex sales cycles
- Track all opportunity and account details — including use case, purchase timeframes, next steps, and forecasting — in Salesforce CRM
- Own a quota spanning new business, expansion, and renewals; achieve pipeline and revenue targets
- Measure success via regular tracking of pipeline, customer retention, and revenue growth opportunities
- Understand and communicate the nuances of the Quiq product to technical buying teams
- Travel to industry events and customer/prospect on-sites, 1-2 times per month
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, spanning both new-logo acquisition and growth of large enterprise / strategic accounts
- 3–5+ years’ experience with Contact Center, Customer Experience, Customer Support, or AI agents
- Demonstrated experience expanding the depth and width of account relationships in large organizations, alongside a track record of landing new enterprise logos
- A passion for solutions-oriented, consultative sales
- Demonstrable record of setting and exceeding sales goals across both new-business and renewal/expansion targets
- Current personal experience with AI tools and understanding of LLMs
- Strong understanding of developing human-centric CX experiences, customer journey mapping, and use case development
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Strong executive presence and ability to foster deep relationships with prospects and customers
- Strong math skills for pipeline, quota, and forecasting work
You’ll do well in this role if you...
- Love hunting into new accounts as much as you love growing existing ones
- Can work across functions to orchestrate a strategic growth plan
- Are curious and like to adopt new technologies
- Are not afraid of hearing “no”
- Possess strong business acumen and strive to understand customers’ businesses and goals
- Are a team player with a high level of integrity and a desire to assist your team and customers
