About the Role
We are seeking experienced, patient-focused Enrollment Specialists based in Latin America to join our remote team. In this role, you will speak with U.S.-based Medicare patients by phone, explain physician-recommended healthcare programs, answer questions, and enroll patients who choose to participate. This role is ideal for individuals with prior experience supporting U.S. healthcare organizations, Medicare Advantage plans, medical offices, or insurance call centers.
Position Overview
- Remote (Latin American-based)
- Independent Contractor role
- Full-time or part-time available (minimum 20 hours per week)
- Consistent schedule aligned with U.S. Eastern or Central Time business hours
What You’ll Do
- Make 8–15 outbound calls per hour to U.S. Medicare patients
- Educate patients on doctor-recommended RPM and CCM programs
- Answer Medicare-related questions (coverage, monthly participation, opt-out)
- Obtain verbal consent and enroll interested patients in our system
- Accurately document call notes and patient information
- Meet daily productivity and enrollment performance targets
Who You Are
- Experienced supporting U.S. healthcare or Medicare populations
- Comfortable speaking with senior or elderly patients
- Able to explain healthcare and Medicare concepts clearly and patiently
- A clear, neutral, and easily understandable English communicator
- Professional phone presence with strong pacing and pronunciation
- Comfortable making outbound calls for most of your shift
- Tech-savvy and experienced with web-based systems
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Communication Requirement
Because this role involves speaking with U.S.-based senior patients, clear and easily understandable spoken English is essential.
As part of the application process, candidates will be asked to submit a short voice recording (60–90 seconds) reading a provided script so we can assess clarity, tone, and pacing.
Compensation
- $5 per hour base pay
- $1–$2 per completed enrollment
- Paid training provided
- Compensation is performance-driven. Consistent performers can increase earnings through enrollment volume and efficiency.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with U.S. healthcare or Medicare patients (medical office, call center, insurance verification, care coordination, etc.)
- Strong spoken English skills; must be easily understood by older adult patients
- Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps download recommended)
- Quiet, professional home office setup
- Headset with clear microphone
- Ability to work U.S. Eastern or Central Time hours
- Comfortable with consistent outbound calling
