Enrollment Advisor

As an Enrollment Advisor at Noodle, you will:

• Be skilled at identifying and understanding prospective students’ needs.
• Use critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving to address each prospective student’s unique needs.
• Engage in outreach to prospective students via phone, text, and email, adhering to expected communication timelines.
• Qualify new inquiries and applicants for degree programs through meaningful conversations and encourage timely application progression.
• Articulate institutional offerings and differentiators effectively, both to individual prospects and larger audiences during virtual and in-person events.
• Guide prospects through the application lifecycle from inquiry to deposit, ensuring accurate, ethical, and policy-aligned advice.
• Lead with integrity and credibility, prioritizing the best interests of both the university partner and prospective students.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree (graduate experience is a plus).
• 1+ years of experience in higher education, admissions, recruitment, or sales (preferred but not required).
• Project management experience (preferred but not required).
• A positive attitude with grit, drive, and persistence.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
