Engineering Graduate / Early-Career Professional (Manufacturing & Operations)

We are looking for a highly motivated engineering graduate or early-career professional to work directly with the Founder of a fast-growing international seafood manufacturing and export company.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across manufacturing, engineering, operations, business strategy, product development, supply chain, and international business while receiving direct mentorship from the Founder.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse and solve complex business and manufacturing problems.
- Improve production efficiency and operational processes.
- Support engineering and automation projects.
- Assist in business development and international customer interactions.
- Conduct market, product, and cost analysis.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects across different teams.
- Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Requirements

- B.Tech/M.Tech in Engineering (Mechanical preferred; all engineering disciplines are encouraged to apply).
- 0–4 years of professional experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to relocate to Vietnam.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Long-term commitment and eagerness to learn.
