Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-minded Engineering Architect to join our core centralized Development group in a full-time remote capacity based out of Bengaluru, India. Working directly alongside the global CEO and CTO, you will step up to claim individual strategic accountability for managing, defining, and optimizing the comprehensive technical architecture and execution paths across our engineering department. Shifting completely away from routine system maintenance or basic code edits, you will act as a combined technology and business expert, overseeing distributed groups of developers and testers within a high-velocity agile environment. This position requires an enterprise development veteran with 8–10 years of hands-on full-stack architectural background who has successfully shipped at least two major enterprise software products end-to-end, commands cloud container orchestration platforms fluidly, and operates with absolute comfort under a U.K. operational shift schedule (3:00 PM IST - 12:00 AM IST).

Key Responsibilities

• Department Engineering Architecture Governance: Overhaul, architect, and manage multi-tenant backend synchronization services, checking the absolute scalability and reliability of systems dealing with massive data volumes natively utilizing Backend Java development practices.
• Responsive Portal Interface Engineering: Formulate and maintain clean, modular developer tooling interfaces and partner connection maps natively leveraging Frontend scripts across Bootstrap, jQuery, and adjacent script web layouts.
• End-to-End Delivery Management: Drive multiple engineering projects simultaneously, setting definitive deadlines, technical project parameters, and budget tracking metrics to ensure defect-free, on-time application releases.
• Full Software Lifecycle Oversight: Lead and guide a high-caliber team of software developers and QA testers inside an agile environment, establishing standard engineering procedures, strict coding benchmarks, and advanced security protocols.
• Cloud Infrastructure and Container Triage: Design and govern high-availability cloud networking patterns across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, mapping containerized modules natively using Docker containers and Kubernetes cluster orchestration tools.
• Strategic Technology Research: Research, evaluate, and test emerging cloud methodologies and data streaming architectures, proposing infrastructural changes to optimize product generation velocity.
• Technical Talent Curation and Mentorship: Direct the hiring, training, staff development, performance appraisal, and continuous career path mapping for technical engineering personnel within your division.
• Vendor and Client Coordination: Serve as the primary technical interface for high-value external clients, consulting partners, and cloud application vendors, aligning structural guidelines to push projects to successful conclusions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of verified professional history running advanced software engineering, backend systems architecture, technical team leadership, full-stack application development, or enterprise cloud consulting.
• Deep, authoritative technical command of multi-tenant system architectures, modular software design, big data processing mechanisms, and full-lifecycle software delivery.
• Expert-tier programming proficiency compiling secure object-oriented classes and high-throughput server pipelines natively utilizing Backend Java utilities.
• Practical operational familiarity constructing responsive web frontends, handling browser data hooks, and debugging interface code natively leveraging Frontend tools including Bootstrap and jQuery.
• Demonstrated experience successfully directing, mentoring, and conducting performance evaluations for engineering cells within a fast-moving, agile continuous integration infrastructure.
• In-depth conceptual and functional mastery of cloud orchestration networks, DevOps tooling arrays, Docker container registries, and Kubernetes cluster management frameworks.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication traits in fluent English, with a proven ability to build internal consensus and influence the strategic technical direction of multi-million dollar data integrations.
• Linguistic and Shift Constraint: Position open exclusively to qualified architects residing permanently within **Bengaluru, India**, with the absolute capacity to work a dedicated U.K. shift schedule running from 3:00 PM IST to 12:00 AM IST under a 100% remote home-office layout.

• Prior commercial architecture history operating within an enterprise SaaS data replication startup, global iPaaS provider, electronic ETL data marketplace, or cloud database aggregation firm.
