Claritas Rx uses AI and predictive modeling to help rare disease and specialty brands remove barriers that keep patients from accessing and staying on treatments. Their mission is to ensure patients with chronic, life-threatening diseases receive the support needed for maximum therapy benefit.

This role involves shaping a first-in-industry digital health solution with a team of mission-driven professionals. Claritas Rx was named one of Inc.'s Best Workplaces in 2025 and recognized on the Inc. 5000 list for two consecutive years (2025 and 2026). The company fosters a fast-paced, innovative, and results-driven environment with flexible collaboration, unlimited PTO, stock options, and cutting-edge tools.

The Position

Claritas Rx is seeking to build a strong delivery team of experts to scale a premier channel management solution. Engagement Managers serve as the operational backbone of every Ascend implementation, driving project management, data onboarding, partner communication, and UAT facilitation across the full lifecycle—from Sales-to-Implementation intake through go-live and transition to Customer Success.

Engagement Managers maintain the detailed project plan and RAID log across all workstreams, lead weekly client status calls with structured health reporting, and identify risks early. They collaborate closely with Delivery Directors, Business Analysts, Customer Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive client communication and on-time, on-budget delivery. The role is primarily remote with occasional travel.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Own the detailed project plan across multiple Ascend implementations, covering data onboarding, configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live, while managing the critical path.
  • Manage the Sales-to-Implementation intake process, validate SOW commitments, align timelines with Customer Success, and onboard the delivery team. Maintain RAID logs and lead weekly client status calls with structured updates.
  • Oversee data partner and vendor relationships, including SFTP/API/EDI setup, agreement sign-offs, testing coordination, and data file specification reviews. Serve as the primary point of contact for specialty pharmacies, hubs, distributors, and 3PLs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate UAT, build schedules, distribute test materials, track issues, and document client sign-offs in partnership with Customer Success.
  • Proactively surface and communicate risks, scope changes, and blockers to the Implementation Director, developing mitigation plans and escalating issues before they impact timelines or budgets.
  • Ensure internal QA gates are completed before client-facing testing begins, tracking activities in Smartsheet, JIRA, and Confluence. Lead go-live readiness checks and own the transition package to formalize handover to Customer Success.
  • Conduct internal lessons-learned sessions post-implementation to improve workflows, configuration templates, UAT practices, and partner communication.

Who You Are

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Required:
  • Collaborative mindset with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Self-starter with passion for the platform and customer success
  • Experience working with technical teams to deliver products
  • Familiarity with project management best practices and tools, with hands-on experience in JIRA and Confluence preferred
  • Preferred:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial or operational roles at specialty pharma/biotech, health tech, or healthcare consulting firms, with exposure to specialty pharmacy channel data or patient support programs
  • 5+ years in customer engagement, implementation, or program management for a SaaS/data analytics platform, including UAT facilitation, client-facing status reporting, and agile methodologies
