The Role
Omni is seeking an Engagement Manager to oversee delivery operations for the Professional Services team. You will serve as the operational backbone for scoping, staffing, tracking, and delivering engagements, collaborating closely with Managing Architects, subcontracting partners, and Sales to ensure every client receives a world-class experience.
You will report to the Regional Director of Professional Services and act as a critical liaison between Sales, customers, and the partner network.
Responsibilities
Own and maintain process hygiene across the entire engagement lifecycle—from initial scoping through Salesforce tracking to subcontract completion—partnering with Sales, Managing Architects, delivery partners, and Finance to ensure every transaction is accurate and timely.
Serve as the primary relationship owner for subcontracting partners in your region, aligning on capacity, coordinating assignments, hosting weekly syncs, and keeping tracking systems up-to-date.
Provide engagement support on customer projects, including project management, requirements gathering, and acting as the first point of escalation for accounts needing additional support.
Support the pre-sales process by maintaining PS presale collateral, advising Account Executives on positioning and scoping, and coordinating Statements of Work (SOWs) for non-standard engagements.
Drive operational improvements through structured initiatives, reducing overhead and delivering tangible impact quickly.
Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous problems and tasks, driving them independently to completion.
About You
At least 3+ years of experience in consulting, SaaS, data, or a relevant domain.
A track record of exceeding performance objectives as an individual contributor or manager.
Excellent cross-functional collaborator, particularly with sales teams.
Builder mentality—comfortable in an environment where processes are still evolving.
Clear, direct communicator who provides feedback early and frequently.
Nice-to-Haves
Appreciation for core concepts of consulting businesses, including PS products, revenue management, time tracking, and utilization management.
Experience implementing analytics or embedded analytics.
Familiarity with dbt, Snowflake, or modern data stack tooling.
Prior experience at a high-growth Series B/C company.
Experience across the full professional services delivery cycle, from pre-sale through project completion.
Comfort in a high-pressure deal cycle, understanding stakeholder challenges, empathizing with their positions, and outlining a path to success.

Omnidian
View Company ProfileOmnidian (operating under omnidian.com, legally Omnidian, Inc.) is the premier, enterprise-grade solar performance assurance platform, ClimateTech asset management pioneer, and renewable energy orchestration powerhouse engineered to act as the definitive, high-velocity performance tracking, real-time diagnostics, and financial risk mitigation layer for residential homeowners, commercial solar developers, and utility-scale clean energy investors. Founded in 2016 by solar and capital operations industry veterans Mark Liffmann, David Kenny, and Ray Szylko, the company completely eliminates the severe systemic friction of modern clean energy investments—where asset owners lose millions to unaddressed equipment degradation, chaotic field maintenance loops, and unpredictable power output deficits—by deploying its proprietary predictive performance matrix. Moving far beyond traditional, passive hardware warranties or localized operations and maintenance (O&M) companies, Omnidian natively unifies 24/7 intelligent data streaming, automated fault diagnostics, a nationwide network of pre-qualified field technicians, and its revolutionary cash-back energy production guarantee into a single high-availability cloud workspace. Responsible for the oversight of over 2 Gigawatts of active clean energy generation, the platform secures double-digit performance index gains and slashes corrective maintenance costs up to 60% for major commercial distributed portfolios. Highlighting its category-defining market traction and rapid scaling velocity, the enterprise secured a monumental $87 million Series C funding round in April 2025 led by global multi-stage investment powerhouse B Capital, with strategic participation from major climate and corporate backers including Activate Capital, Liberty Mutual Investments, National Grid Partners, and the Citi Impact Fund, bringing its total raised institutional capital to over $250 million. Under the hood, its technology core utilizes advanced machine-learning-driven predictive analytics to detect faults like snow and soil blockage, automated dispatching nodes that route local technicians to low-density areas with minimal latency, and secure, financial-grade ledger engines designed to track actual versus projected energy output with absolute mathematical precision. What sets Omnidian apart is its uncompromising dedication to replacing fragmented, high-overhead solar maintenance with absolute operational predictability, guaranteed investment yields, and hands-free ownership; by bridging the gap between performance-intensive relational telemetry APIs and the real-world operational health of distributed clean energy infrastructure, the corporation remains a definitive cornerstone of modern algorithmic Greentech and global energy asset transformation.
