Email Implementer (with Salesforce, Braze, and HTML Experience)

We’re seeking an Email Implementer for immediate deployment to a leading US-based digital marketing agency handling some of the most popular US brands today.

You’ll engage directly with clients, gaining insights into their products, services, and email marketing goals. Your role will involve reconciling these client objectives with the capabilities of their email clients to deliver a tailored experience.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Set up the client's email client for full usage
• Upload, segment, and periodically clean email lists
• Set up segmentation based on email list engagement
• Construct email flows using available templates and custom HTML (HTML knowledge required)
• Set up newsletters, autoresponders, and other automated communications
• Conduct QA of email proofs, including narrative, subject line, terms and conditions, tracking links, and device/email client compatibility
• Perform email split-testing as needed
• Manage third-party integrations and custom code usage
• Analyze and interpret email client reports
• Complete quality assurance checks and collaborate with the internal Email Marketing team to execute email campaigns
• Troubleshoot HTML created by the network, identify and resolve coding issues, and create full HTML (with inline CSS) when necessary

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in email development
• Specific experience in email development
• Proficient in email HTML and inline CSS
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous agency experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stay updated with the latest email tech trends
• Experience with Braze
• Experience using Salesforce
• Positive attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm for skill development
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Quick learner with adaptability to processes, products, and brand values
• Able to work independently or collaboratively
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
