Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-minded E-Commerce Marketing Manager to join our core centralized Sales and Marketing unit in a full-time remote capacity base-stationed out of Singapore. In this high-leverage technical growth seat, you will step up to claim individual strategic accountability for managing, expanding, and optimizing our comprehensive multi-channel marketing engine. Shifting completely away from simple agency coordination or superficial copy modifications, you will command our global customer acquisition and retention strategies, directly overseeing a dedicated marketing team of at least three specialists focused on performance channels, creative assets, and retention. This position requires an enterprise DTC veteran with 4+ years of background who handles full-funnel performance metrics fluidly, scales ad spends smoothly across the United States and Australian markets, and aligns digital storytelling concepts with live inventory trends to maximize total return on investment.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Global Marketing Ownership: Formulate, execute, and govern comprehensive omni-channel growth strategies, balancing immediate performance-driven execution alongside long-term brand equity building.
  • High-Velocity Paid Acquisition Scale: Lead, monitor, and optimize cross-channel advertising investments, scaling profitable acquisition and retargeting funnels natively utilizing Facebook Ads structural parameters.
  • Multi-Channel Search Campaign Governance: Program, track, and optimize paid conversion funnels across search and intent networks natively leveraging Google Ads deployment platforms.
  • Marketing Team Asset Leadership: Manage, develop, and guide a full-time internal marketing pod composed of acquisition, creative design, and retention specialists, enforcing high standards of craft.
  • Quantitative Performance Analytics Triage: Own, evaluate, and interpret core enterprise marketing data lines across MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio), Blended ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV, and channel revenue contributions via GA4 and Shopify Analytics.
  • Creative Direction and UGC Curation: Partner closely alongside digital content and creative squads to design engaging hooks, targeted consumer messaging architectures, organic UGC concepts, and dedicated landing pages.
  • Conversion Funnel and UX Optimization: Audit the end-to-end customer journey from discovery down to email/SMS retention, collaborating with CX and product teams to elevate the on-site e-commerce shopping matrix.
  • Budget Allocation and Inventory Alignment: Manage and distribute marketing budgets dynamically, aligning active promo campaigns smoothly alongside global logistics data, product drop cycles, and raw stock availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of verified professional history running advanced direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce marketing, performance media buying, corporate brand management, or growth hacking consulting.
  • Deep, authoritative technical command of the Shopify ecosystem, conversion rate optimization (CRO) tactics, attribution modeling apps, and data interpretation systems.
  • Expert-tier background managing, scaling, and structuring multi-tier performance budgets natively utilizing Facebook Ads (Meta Business Suite).
  • Practical operational familiarity deploying paid search clusters, performance Max campaigns, and YouTube/display networks natively leveraging Google Ads infrastructures.
  • Proven background running user acquisition strategies explicitly targeted toward consumers inside the **United States market** (additional performance exposure in Australia serves as a strong value add).
  • Demonstrated history successfully managing, mentoring, and setting delivery parameters for a small internal creative or technical team of at least 3 members.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication traits in fluent English, with an absolute capacity to translate multi-layered data dashboards into clear weekly KPI summaries for leadership cells.
  • Location Context: Position open exclusively to qualified digital marketing managers based permanently and resident within **Singapore** to execute operations under a 100% remote home-office structure.
