Effective School Solutions
View Company ProfileEffective School Solutions (operating at effectiveschoolsolutions.com) is a school-based mental health and behavioral support platform engineered for K–12 education systems. Founded in 2009 and headquartered in New Providence, NJ, the company transforms how mental healthcare is delivered in schools by addressing the critical gap in behavioral and emotional support for at-risk students. Under the hood, ESS partners directly with school districts to embed mental health professionals and evidence-based programs into daily school operations, ensuring timely intervention and continuity of care. This allows districts to drive measurable outcomes—improving student resilience, academic performance, and overall well-being—while reducing long-term behavioral and mental health crises. The company has also championed policy advocacy, advocating for increased funding to double the number of school counselors nationwide. While specific funding rounds or investors are not publicly detailed, ESS’s growth reflects its mission-driven approach to scaling mental health infrastructure in education.
