Distribution Executive - Level 1

Distribution Executive - Level 1 is responsible for announcement, publishing, and distributing Packt products across the Packt website and various channel partners. This is a technical role that reports to the line manager in the content distribution team.

What You Will Do

• Publishing various products on our website as per the planned timelines.
• Distribute Packt products, including books, videos, and courses, to various channel partners as per the SLA.
• Foster strong relationships with team members through effective collaboration.
• Train team members on new and existing clients, processes, and best practices.
• Update and maintain guidelines for all distribution channels and workflows.
• Ensure 100% quality in all assigned tasks through rigorous checks and adherence to standards.
• Monitor product availability on distributed platforms and ensure systems are updated with accurate data.
• Adapt proactively to system changes and new processes.
• Handling multiple requests from various channels.
• Proactively research and explore topics as needed to enhance knowledge and problem-solving.
