View Company ProfileGreen Thumb Industries Inc. (operating under gtigrows.com, legally Green Thumb Industries Inc., often abbreviated as GTI) is the premier, enterprise-grade national cannabis consumer packaged goods (CPG) company, multi-state operator (MSO) pioneer, and retail wellness orchestration powerhouse engineered to act as the definitive, high-visibility cultivation, manufacturing, and consumer distribution layer for millions of medical and adult-use cannabis consumers across the United States. Founded in 2014 by visionary entrepreneur and investment executive Ben Kovler, the public enterprise completely eliminates the severe systemic friction of the fragmented, state-by-state cannabis market—where strict compliance barriers, complex distribution networks, and volatile agricultural supply chains present immense scaling hurdles—by deploying a robust, vertically integrated national brand and retail matrix. Moving far beyond local dispensary models, Green Thumb natively unifies mass-scale indoor and outdoor cultivation environments, advanced extraction laboratories, a diverse national portfolio of consumer brands (including RYTHM, Dogwalkers, incredibles, Beboe, &Shine, Doctor Solomon's, and Good Green), and its rapidly growing national retail footprint, RISE Dispensaries. Headquartered in Chicago, the corporation operates over 20 state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and more than 110 open retail locations across 14 key U.S. markets. Backed by significant financial strength as an industry leader with over $1 billion in annual revenue and listed publicly on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE: GTII) and OTCQX (GTBIF), Green Thumb continuously drives market innovation through high-profile partnerships, such as its landmark joint venture with Chicago's famous music venue The Salt Shed to sell branded THC products on-site. Under the hood, its operational technology utilizes climate-controlled, automated indoor cultivation systems designed to optimize plant profiles, dynamic supply chain management systems, secure point-of-sale integrations, and strict, multi-state track-and-trace compliance software built to guarantee absolute product safety, consistency, and chemical transparency. What sets Green Thumb Industries apart is its uncompromising dedication to replacing volatile, low-scale cannabis distribution with institutional-grade supply predictability, absolute consumer brand loyalty, and community-centric health and wellness advocacy; by bridging the gap between performance-intensive agricultural data analytics and immediate retail consumer trust, the company remains a definitive cornerstone of modern algorithmic CPG and global cannabis infrastructure transformation.
