WHAT YOU’LL OWN & DRIVE
Positioning & Messaging
- Own the company and product messaging architecture — narrative hierarchy, proof points, and personas — and keep it consistent across web, content, demand gen, and sales channels
- Translate technical product requirements and market knowledge into customer-ready stories; pressure-test messaging with customers, sales, and analysts
- Collaborate with Content Marketing to guide content strategy and accelerate the buyer’s journey
- Maintain buyer personas for Automox's core ideal customer profile
Product Launches & GTM
- Own the launch framework end to end: tiering, cross-functional kickoff, enablement, and assets
- Partner with Product Management on roadmap input, customer and market validation, and launch readiness
Competitive Intelligence
- Own and run Automox's competitive intelligence program: battlecards, win/loss analysis, competitor tracking, field alerts, and competitive enablement for frontline teams
Pricing & Packaging
- Own pricing and packaging strategy: SKU structure, tiering, and monetization decisions for new products and integrations, in partnership with Product, Finance, and Sales leadership
- Run pricing research and competitive price benchmarking; facilitate the packaging decision process for new capabilities
Sales & Partner Enablement
- Deliver enablement that sticks: talk tracks, objection handling, demo scripts, one-pagers, and certification for Sales and CS
- Support technology alliance and OEM partnership marketing, including joint positioning with integration partners
- Curate customer proof — logos, stories, and evidence — for web, sales, and campaigns
- Occasional travel to events
Team Leadership
- Manage and coach the PMM team
- Set team strategy, priorities, and operating processes
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 5+ years in product marketing, with 2+ years managing PMMs, ideally in B2B SaaS security, IT operations, or endpoint management
- Track record owning product launches that hit pipeline and adoption targets
- Established analyst relations experience with Gartner/Forrester or similar
- Strong technical aptitude — able to demo products, sit with product managers and engineers, and translate technical features into differentiated messaging
- Excellent writer and presenter; credible with executives, sales teams, customers, and analysts
- Hands-on experience running competitive intelligence programs and turning them into sales wins
- Direct experience with pricing and packaging decisions (SKU strategy, monetization of new products)
