Want to know if you're a match for this job?
This role sits at the heart of Tilt’s card growth engine, leading one of our newest credit card acquisition channels: Direct Mail.
As the Direct Mail Lead, you’ll focus on the strategy, execution, and performance of Tilt’s direct mail program - from audience targeting and offer strategy to creative testing and unit economics. You’ll play a critical role in scaling profitable growth for our Card business by unlocking the potential of a direct mail program.
You’ll partner closely with credit, product, analytics, and external vendors to ensure our direct mail programs drive strong customer outcomes and sustainable unit economics at scale.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Own the channel: Define and lead Tilt’s direct mail strategy, including targeting approach, prescreen criteria, offer design, testing roadmap, and long-term scale plan.
Drive profitable acquisition: Partner with credit to balance approval rates, losses, and customer value - ensuring direct mail delivers resilient, profitable growth.
Build the test-and-learn engine: Design and execute structured tests across audience segments, offers, creative, formats, and cadence to continuously improve performance.
Influence product success: Work closely with the product team to align mail offers, messaging, and positioning with card value propositions.
Manage execution end-to-end: Own campaign planning, vendor coordination, and operational readiness from list pull through in-market performance.
Be the customer advocate: Ensure mail creative and offers are clear, compliant, and trust-building, setting the right expectations for customers from first touch.
See the full picture: Use data to connect mail performance to downstream outcomes like activation, spend, retention, and credit performance.
Why You’re a Great Fit
You have hands-on experience running direct mail for lending products, ideally credit cards.
You’re deeply analytical and comfortable working with SQL and Python day-to-day to evaluate funnel performance and segment level unit economics.
You understand prescreened acquisition strategies, and how marketing and credit policy intersect.
You’re highly autonomous and organized, comfortable owning execution of an end-to-end channel.
You’re a clear, confident communicator who can influence across marketing, credit, product, and operations.
You’re relentlessly results-focused, with a strong bias toward experimentation and measurable outcomes.
Don’t meet every qualification? We care about potential over your past. If you're bringing ambition and drive to what we're building, we want to hear from you.
