Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, metrics-driven Digital Marketing, CRM & Loyalty Lead to join our core centralized Commercial collective on a 6-month full-time remote contract basis across Egypt, Jordan, India, and Lebanon, with a prominent geographic anchor in Cairo. In this high-leverage, cross-functional leadership seat, you will step up to claim individual strategic and operational accountability for driving our comprehensive mobile application marketing initiatives, customer relationship management (CRM) infrastructures, lifecycle nurturing models, and complex loyalty operations. Shifting completely away from routine social media post writing or unoptimized manual text blasts, you will act as a principal pipeline architect—transforming large transactional app datasets and event streams into data-backed growth strategies. This position requires an outreach veteran who builds lifecycle onboarding and reactivation loops fluidly natively using Email Marketing systems, measures client conversions smoothly natively using Social Media Manager metrics, and writes advanced cloud database queries confidently inside Google BigQuery environments.
Key Responsibilities
- App Marketing and Campaign Management (40%): Oversee, execute, and scale high-fidelity user engagement campaigns across the mobile application ecosystem, managing complex offer builds, targeted push notifications, in-app rich content layers, and delivery channel activations.
- CRM and Lifecycle Marketing Automation (25%): Design, document, and implement programmatic, automated CRM tracks across customer lifecycles—specifically optimizing onboarding flows, ongoing engagement triggers, user retention milestones, and win-back/reactivation loops natively utilizing Email Marketing rules.
- Loyalty Program Operations Governance (20%): Direct and optimize full loyalty program structures, managing the technical mechanics behind point earn/burn configurations, reward catalog redemptions, threshold settings, and automated expiration rules.
- Engagement and Redemption Booster Execution: Plan and run tactical customer booster campaigns, driving platform velocity on the burn side via discounted reward redemptions and on the earn side via high-converting point multipliers natively leveraging Social Media Manager mechanics.
- BigQuery SQL Database Querying (15%): Write, refine, and maintain complex relational queries across large multi-tenant datasets, aggregating transactional application data rows, GA4 behavioral tracking logs, and CRM platform export files natively using SQL (specifically BigQuery layouts).
- Advanced Campaign Incremental Performance Analysis: Construct rigorous statistical evaluation methodologies to capture incremental sales impact, handling control group selections, constructing true revenue baselines, and tracking conversion halo effects accurately.
- Data Visualization and Dashboards Engineering: Build, clean, and distribute dynamic reporting dashboards for corporate stakeholders and executive teams using Python scripts, Looker Studio configurations, and proprietary internal web tooling.
- Vendor and Cross-Functional Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the absolute primary technical point of contact for external loyalty platform vendors, specialized CRM agencies, app development providers, MMP trackers, and distributed internal units across Finance, Legal, Operations, and Technology.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven professional history running advanced digital marketing direction, customer relationship management (CRM) engineering, app growth optimization, performance media buying, loyalty operations management, or data acquisition consulting.
- Deep, authoritative technical command of mobile app lifecycle marketing mechanics, push messaging latency, user data segmentation, full-funnel activation flows, and cross-channel conversion rules.
- Expert-tier capability launching automated user nurture maps, managing external marketing agencies, and reviewing campaign deliverables natively utilizing Email Marketing configurations.
- Practical operational familiarity monitoring app transactional data models, configuring conversion triggers, and auditing customer behavior statistics natively using Social Media Manager tools (including hands-on Google Analytics 4/GA4 fluency).
- Strong, uncompromised capability writing query definitions, merging dataset tables, and tuning scripts inside relational data warehouses (specifically requiring hands-on Google BigQuery SQL experience).
- Demonstrated experience successfully implementing data-backed control group frameworks and baseline analysis to measure incremental sales lift metrics.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication traits in business-fluent English, enabling flawless alignment when reporting performance data directly to multi-tier executive boards.
- Location Context: Position open exclusively to qualified digital growth leads based permanently and resident within **Egypt**, **Jordan**, **India**, or **Lebanon** to operate under a 100% remote work-from-home layout.
