We’re looking for a Digital Customer Success Campaign Manager to design, launch, and improve digital customer journeys at scale. You’ll turn customer and product signals into timely, useful programs that help customers move from trial through activation, adoption, and ongoing value. This is a hands-on, program-focused role for someone who enjoys combining thoughtful communication, data, experimentation, and emerging technology.

Reporting into the Senior Manager, Digital Customer Success, this role is based remotely in North America, with hiring locations in the United States or Canada.

How we’re using AI today

Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.

What we're looking for:

  • Bring experience in Digital Customer Success, Customer Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Product-led Growth within a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
  • Have owned or significantly contributed to lifecycle or digital customer programs with measurable impact.
  • Write clear, engaging customer-facing communications and adapt messaging for different audiences and customer needs.
  • Interpret customer and product usage data, identify patterns, and turn insights into practical campaign and journey improvements.
  • Work effectively across Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Data, Operations, and Content teams while navigating changing priorities and building new programs from the ground up.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience using artificial intelligence (AI) tools to accelerate campaign development, analysis, experimentation, or content creation.
  • Experience with 1Password, cybersecurity, or a similar technology product.

What you can expect:

  • Design, launch, and continuously improve digital customer journeys across onboarding, activation, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
  • Develop targeted campaigns that help customers move from trial to meaningful product adoption and guide them toward the right next step.
  • Draft, edit, and optimize customer-facing email campaigns, connecting them with education resources and other digital experiences.
  • Use customer signals, milestones, and behaviors to identify moments of friction or opportunity and create timely interventions.
  • Monitor campaign performance through metrics such as engagement, activation, product usage, retention, and expansion; use experimentation and cohort analysis to improve results.
  • Partner with Data and Analytics teams to support dashboards and reporting, then use those insights to make informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, and Content partners to keep programs accurate, useful, and aligned with the customer journey.
  • Use tools such as Gainsight, Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and AI solutions to increase campaign quality, testing speed, and operational efficiency.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building in an evolving environment, can work independently through ambiguity, and is motivated by creating scalable customer experiences that help more people get value from 1Password.

1Password is a premier enterprise password manager and identity security platform designed to protect both individual consumers and massive global workforces from credential-based attacks. Founded in 2005 by Dave Teare and Roustem Karimov, the company evolved from a simple Mac utility into a $6.8 billion cybersecurity powerhouse. Under the hood, 1Password operates on a strict zero-knowledge security model, ensuring that the company never possesses the ability to decrypt or access user data. Their extensive service portfolio has expanded far beyond traditional password vaulting; it now encompasses Extended Access Management (XAM), SSH key management, secure credential sharing, and developer-focused secrets orchestration. Their primary target audience spans millions of individual consumers and over 150,000 businesses worldwide, including major corporations like IBM, Slack, and Under Armour. What sets 1Password apart in the highly competitive identity and access management (IAM) space is its proprietary "Secret Key" architecture—a localized, 34-character cryptographic safeguard that mathematically prevents brute-force attacks—combined with an obsessive focus on seamless user experience (UX) that drives high employee adoption without compromising enterprise-grade security.
