Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-minded DevOps Engineer to join our core centralized Infrastructure organization in a full-time remote capacity within Poland. In this high-leverage technical platform seat, you will claim individual strategic accountability for creating, optimizing, and maintaining the internal automation tools, deployment systems, and shared environments utilized by software development groups across all of Aura. Shifting completely away from manual script execution or static environment configuration, you will act as a thought leader guiding distributed developer cells toward a consistent, automated, and highly stable future. This role requires an infrastructure craftsman with 3 to 5 years of background who writes Infrastructure as Code (IaC) fluidly, manages cloud delivery networks smoothly, and dives into complex multi-tenant cloud debugging tasks under compressed timeline parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• Internal Tooling and Platform Construction: Design, build, and deploy automated developer tools and shared operational utilities across multiple languages and paradigms, explicitly covering Serverless and containerized systems natively utilizing DevOps principles.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Curation: Write, manage, and scale declarative, version-controlled cloud environment configurations across distributed corporate networks natively leveraging **Terraform**.
• CI/CD Deployment Pipelines Governance: Configure, optimize, and audit automated software integration and continuous delivery tracks through high-throughput **GitHub Actions** workflows.
• Cloud Infrastructure and Security Triage: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve deep cloud environment issues, routing failures, and network blockages natively using Cybersecurity parameters to assist development cells.
• Multi-Tenant Observability and Metrics Curation: Establish and govern enterprise logging and monitoring strategies at scale, structuring production alerting metrics explicitly utilizing AWS CloudWatch and Grafana.
• Horizontal Design Assistance and Vision: Partner peer-to-peer alongside internal product developers trying new system configurations, offering strategic optimization to ensure engineering metrics move forward quickly and securely.
• Cloud Cost Optimization and Auditing: Conduct regular quantitative reviews of cloud deployment patterns, isolating structural cost-reduction opportunities and streamlining infrastructure configurations.
• Data Lake and ETL Integration Support: Collaborate alongside big data teams to manage, verify, and unblock high-scale data lake repositories or large data ETL infrastructure pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of verified professional history running advanced DevOps engineering, systems administration, cloud infrastructure provisioning, or automation pipeline consulting.
• Deep, authoritative technical understanding of cloud computing models, showing a production-tested history writing and deploying Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Expert-tier scripting and automation proficiency, with hands-on comfort writing utility logic natively using DevOps code tools and general programming languages (e.g., Python or TypeScript).
• Practical operational familiarity navigating continuous deployment tracks, containerized nodes, or cloud-native network environments natively leveraging Cybersecurity protection parameters.
• Demonstrated capability to take complete ownership of ambiguous technical issues, investigating better paths to enable software teams to deploy safely.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication mechanics in fluent English, with an absolute capacity to engage effectively across multiple cross-functional engineering cells.
• Location Context: Parameters open exclusively to qualified DevOps specialists based permanently and resident within **Poland** to execute infrastructure duties under a flexible 100% remote work arrangement.

• Prior commercial infrastructure history operating within a digital safety enterprise, cyber-security technology firm, hyper-growth SaaS startup, or cloud-native data aggregator.
• Hands-on experience deploying or scaling applications inside Serverless architectures or microservices container systems (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
