Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-minded Demand Generation Manager to join our core centralized Marketing organization in a full-time remote capacity within the United States, with a premier target market node focused on New York, New York. Working directly alongside the VP of Marketing, you will step up to claim individual strategic accountability for owning the paid channels, budget pacing, and lifecycle nurture programs that create market interest and translate visibility into pipeline metrics. Shifting completely away from superficial content posting or passive agency monitoring, you will operate as an agile performance growth manager scaling acquisition for our enterprise sales division and our self-serve Ads Manager platform. This role requires an adtech-fluent veteran with 4-6 years of experience who analyzes CAC and ROAS metrics fluidly, resolves tracking attribution breakages independently, and builds targeted channel plans without hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities

  • B2B Paid Digital Strategy Ownership: Formulate, deploy, and govern comprehensive paid media conversion models across search, social, and programmatic display networks natively utilizing Google Ads tracking systems.
  • Enterprise and SMB User Acquisition: Lead and scale targeted lead generation campaigns to capture enterprise brand marketers, high-billing media agencies, and local small-and-medium businesses natively leveraging Facebook Ads parameters.
  • Funnel Nurture Strategy Curation: Partner closely with product marketing cells to engineer deep lifecycle marketing blueprints, structuring automated email touchpoints to advance cold prospects into sales-qualified leads.
  • Agency and Media Vendor Governance: Direct day-to-day operations and budget pacing matrices for external performance media agencies and platform vendor relationships, optimizing spend efficiency.
  • Quantitative Demand Gen Reporting: Measure, model, and present actionable acquisition statistics, keeping a clear point of view on pipeline contribution, CAC boundaries, ROAS targets, and channel efficiency indicators.
  • Sales Pipeline and Quality Alignment: Collaborate closely with enterprise account teams to monitor incoming lead quality, iteratively tuning channel targeting vectors to prioritize higher-value corporate customer segments.
  • Creative Messaging A/B Testing: Formulate performance-minded ad copy and visual hooks, managing rapid multivariate experimentation frameworks to continuously improve conversion velocities.
  • AI-Assisted Growth Implementation: Utilize advanced generative tools and large language models responsibly to accelerate marketing execution while maintaining absolute human editorial judgment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4 to 6 years of verified professional history running advanced demand generation, corporate performance marketing, digital media buying, B2B user acquisition, or growth engineering consulting.
  • Deep, authoritative technical command of conversion marketing funnels, multi-touch attribution structures, customer lifetime value models, and lead score routing parameters.
  • Expert-tier software proficiency launching keyword clusters, performance Max campaigns, and intent-based ad groups natively utilizing Google Ads manager dashboards.
  • Practical operational familiarity building tailored audience brackets, lookalike lists, and dynamic retargeting sequences natively leveraging Facebook Ads platform architectures.
  • Proven background navigating enterprise automation engines (such as HubSpot or Marketo), showing a robust capacity to isolate dataset anomalies when attribution breaks down.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication traits in fluent English, with a demonstrated capability to take a complex GTM brief and transform it into a robust channel plan independently.
  • Location Context: Position open exclusively to qualified growth specialists based permanently and resident within the **United States** to execute demand generation campaigns under a 100% remote layout.

  • Prior commercial performance marketing history operating within an adtech startup, location intelligence network, geospatial analytics firm, or multi-tenant B2B SaaS platform.
  • Hands-on media buying background running advertising arrays across alternative programmatic demand-side platforms (DSPs) such as The Trade Desk, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or TikTok Ads.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully balancing and distributing separate budgets across top-of-funnel brand awareness and bottom-of-funnel conversion campaigns.
  • An outcome-driven personal philosophy rooted in absolute grit, an intentional approach that questions autopilot assumptions, and a passion for turning raw performance metrics into defensible pipelines.
