Role responsibilities

  • Design and conduct statistical modeling and analysis based on business-level problem specifications.
  • Lead experimentation and A/B testing to systematically evaluate business hypotheses and inform decision-making.
  • Perform ad hoc and deep-dive analytics to answer business questions, uncover insights, and identify opportunities for impact.
  • Analyze complex, raw datasets with strong analytical rigor and explainability.
  • Define KPIs, reporting workflows, dashboards, and data visualizations to measure outcomes and support strategic business decisions.
  • Translate analytical results into intuitive insights through interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) or custom web applications.
  • Communicate technical concepts, findings, and data-driven recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Partner directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate requirements into analyses, experiments, and actionable recommendations.
  • Gather stakeholder requirements, conduct technical due diligence, and design pragmatic, high-impact analytical solutions.
  • Work autonomously across the end-to-end analytics lifecycle, from problem framing and analysis design through insight delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities, methodology, and deliverables.

Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

  • Advanced/Fluent English
  • Proven industry experience developing predictive or inferential statistical models OR a Master’s/PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar quantitative field.
  • 4+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, or analytical roles.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, with the ability to interface with each component in the full pipeline from data ingestion to insight.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Analysis
  • Practical experience with Experimentation / A/B Testing
  • Experience with Data Visualization tools
  • Ability to work with strong autonomy, managing analyses end-to-end
