In this highly critical data administration seat, you will claim individual operational accountability for verifying the absolute accuracy, entry precision, and velocity of global payment processing strings and money movement frameworks. Shifting completely away from passive database logging or basic administrative support, you will sit at the center of financial operations processes, partnering tightly with internal Member Success, Customer Success, and Product squads to maintain clean transaction records. This high-agency role demands a disciplined self-starter with 2+ years of fintech or banking background who manages multi-currency conversions smoothly, audits high-volume transactional logs under tight deadlines, and suggests scalable systems enhancements to optimize our member experience.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Payment Data Entry Validation: Input, monitor, and audit transactional records and money movement batches to check absolute accuracy and data integrity across global billing channels.
- Spreadsheet Ledger Administration: Maintain, structure, and manipulate comprehensive transaction registries, account data tables, and operational tracking sheets natively utilizing Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Fintech Platform Log Triage: Triage, review, and reconcile digital transaction data, exception records, and settlement histories natively inside enterprise payment networks, explicitly including Stripe, Modern Treasury, Airwallex, and Corpay.
- Cross-Border Settlement Control: Track and manage complex data fields associated with international money flows, clearing currency conversion calculations, and checking line-item reconciliations.
- ERP Registry Governance: Administer, input, and update enterprise financial datasets and general ledger records natively utilizing NetSuite ERP or adjacent corporate bookkeeping systems.
- Process Flows and SOP Documentation: Author, iterate, and update immaculate step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), data hygiene guidelines, and operational change logs to protect team scaling continuity.
- Compliance Standards Auditing: Cross-verify transaction criteria against established domestic and international payment rules, matching data inputs cleanly against Nacha, IAT, PPD, CCD, and OFAC compliance requirements.
- Cross-Functional Product Alignment: Collaborate fluidly alongside internal engineering, customer success, and product cells, providing front-line data insights to drive automated application updates and future software scalability features.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of verified professional history running advanced data entry, financial operations, payment operations administration, fintech helpdesk support, or corporate banking ledger tracking.
- Deep, authoritative technical command of advanced spreadsheet functions, formulas, data filtering, and logical modeling metrics natively inside Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Demonstrated commercial experience inputting, reviewing, and tracking electronic fund flows or merchant transaction registries across tools like Stripe, Airwallex, or Modern Treasury.
- Strong quantitative background running transactional data reconciliation, currency exchange validations, or payment compliance audits.
- Outstanding problem-solving logic, with a proven ability to independently organize, prioritize, and execute high-volume administrative tasks under tight deadline conditions with minimal guidance.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication traits in fluent English, showing an absolute capacity to coordinate smoothly with cross-functional technical teams and external corporate customers.
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related quantitative field of study.
- Location Context: Full-time contractor parameters open exclusively to qualified data operations experts base-stationed permanently anywhere within the United States to execute 100% remotely from home.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Prior history operating within a high-volume multi-currency B2B SaaS startup or international digital health platform handling global benefit claims.
- Practical operational familiarity navigating complex transaction fields under compliance rules related to IAT, CCD, and OFAC tracking frameworks.

- A continuous personal passion for financial technology advances, system optimization, and building automated, error-free data systems.

- The exceptional professional canvas to directly direct, shape, and deploy the data frameworks and financial operations pipelines keeping Carrot at the absolute cutting edge of the global family healthcare market.
- Profound work-from-home remote parameters providing an elite digital workplace, complete scheduling trust, and zero physical office geographical commuting friction within the United States.
- Immediate eligibility to access an inclusive, holistic Total Rewards package designed to support your lifestyle inside and outside of production.
