This is a 100% remote position for candidates based in Latin America.
To support our physical fleet in the field, this role requires working a 40-hour week on Pacific Time (PT) across Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday (Thursdays and Sundays are OFF). Candidates must be comfortable with weekend morning coverage (Saturdays starting at 4:00 AM PT).
Glacier is a Series A startup based in San Francisco that builds in-house computer vision models to power two core products:
A robot that identifies and sorts materials inside recycling facilities
An analytics system that tracks recyclables and reports metrics to key stakeholders in the industry.
These technologies are already helping to divert tons of recyclables (literally!) from landfills every day.
From major CPG companies like Colgate and Amazon to municipal recycling facilities, our clients trust us to turn recycling data into actionable insights. Our technology has been recognized as one of TIME's Best Inventions and featured in a TIME documentary, TechCrunch, Fortune, and CBS.
We’re thrilled to expand our incredible team with a dedicated Data and Robotics Operations Analyst based in Latin America.

Produce accurate and error-free internal and external reports in English for both technical and non-technical audiences, including documentation to support customer acceptance testing procedures.
Monitor the Scanner and Robotic fleet by running a set of queries and following defined processes.
Route anomalies in robot behavior or other data sources to the correct internal escalation teams to support customer issue resolution.
Support the success of new robot installations and scanner deployments through meticulous monitoring of robot behavior and data evaluations.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a role focused on data analysis, operations analysis, or product support, specifically involving data monitoring and reporting.
Proven ability to meticulously monitor data, identify anomalies, and follow defined processes with exceptional attention to detail.
Comfort and experience working with software, computer, or electromechanical systems in a diagnostic or support capacity.

Glacier
View Company ProfileGlacier (operating under endwaste.io, legally Glacier Robotics, Inc.) is a leading frontier technology, industrial robotics, and circular economy intelligence platform engineered to revolutionize the global waste management and recycling ecosystem. Founded in 2019 by technology innovators Rebecca Hu-Thrams and Areeb Malik, the corporation dismantled traditional material recovery facility (MRF) friction—where sorting relied on highly volatile, hazardous manual labor, cost-prohibitive optical sorters, and a severe deficit of actionable item-level data—by deploying highly affordable, space-efficient, AI-driven sorting robots. Engineered specifically for the harsh, high-velocity realities of active recycling lines rather than lab environments, Glacier's hardware-and-software architecture natively unifies proprietary high-speed robotic arms (capable of executing 60 successful picks per minute with 95% operational uptime), advanced computer vision systems, and heavy-duty, clog-resistant end-effectors. Rather than relying on generic image libraries, Glacier's advanced spatial AI models are trained on over 3 billion real-world recycling images, empowering the system to instantly classify and sort over 70 distinct material categories covering 90% of the typical curbside waste stream—including clear and colored PET, HDPE, flexible PE films, fiber, OCC, aluminum, and complex packaging items. To institutionalize brand accountability and supply chain transparency, the firm pioneered DataStream for Brands, an ESG data-as-a-service (DaaS) infrastructure that tracks real-world product packaging lifecycle metrics across MRFs, enabling massive CPG enterprises like Colgate and Amazon to mathematically verify recyclability claims, satisfy Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations, and comply with SEC climate disclosures. Backed by $33.2 million in total institutional funding, anchored by a prominent $16 million Series A financing round co-led by Amazon’s Climate Pledge Fund and New Enterprise Associates (NEA) alongside major sustainability backers like the Ecosystem Integrity Fund and AlleyCorp, the high-velocity climate-tech enterprise continues to scale rapidly across North America. Recognized globally for its pioneering industry contribution, the company earned elite industry accolades by being named to TIME's Best Inventions and ranked as the No. 1 Most Innovative Company in Robotics & Engineering by Fast Company in 2026. Headquartered in San Francisco, California, Glacier stands as the definitive technological standard for modern waste sorting—replacing linear landfill disposal with programmatic automation, high-purity commodity recovery, and end-to-end circular economy enablement.
