Data Analytics/Data Science Trainer/Tutor

About the Role

Do you have experience analyzing, processing, and transforming data into understandable insights or models (e.g., using Python, pandas, matplotlib, and scikit-learn) and want to share this knowledge beyond internal use? As a Data Analytics/Data Science Trainer/Tutor, you will guide participants through their training program. You will answer their questions, assist them in overcoming challenges during exercises and projects, and ensure they not only understand the theory but can independently analyze and model data using Python.

You will evaluate learning progress, conduct final assessments, and provide structured, constructive feedback. Through close contact with learners, you will also actively contribute to the development of our training programs in collaboration with the Coaching Team Lead, the Learning Team, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical answers to learners' questions (both written and verbal)

• Create, refine, and develop learning materials focused on data analysis and Data Science (using tools like Python, pandas, matplotlib, scikit-learn)

• Teach and deepen training content during live sessions, webinars, classrooms, and personalized learning support

• Support learners through uncertainties in their learning process, exercises, and projects

• Conduct and evaluate final assessments, and determine training success

• Ensure the quality of existing training programs and provide feedback to the Learning Team

• Conduct individual coaching sessions and support new team members

Requirements

• A completed degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Business Informatics) or equivalent qualification

• Multiple years of professional experience in data analysis or Data Science: Ability to clean and explore data, visualize results clearly, and develop and evaluate simple models (using tools like Python, pandas, matplotlib, scikit-learn); SQL knowledge and experience with KI-Tools are advantageous

• Experience in teaching technical or subject-specific content to non-technical audiences

• Understanding of didactic concepts in adult and online education

• High customer and service orientation, empathy, clear communication, and a constructive feedback culture

• Practical mindset, team spirit, resilience, and flexibility

• Excellent German and English skills (at least C1 level)
