Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this position.
• Professional proficiency in English for internal training and company-wide communication.
• Valid EU passport or valid residency status to work within the European Union.
• Prior experience in a retail or e-commerce customer-facing role is highly preferred.
• Strong digital literacy and the ability to navigate complex CRM systems efficiently.
• A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality service in the fast-paced retail sector.
