Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) for seamless relocation to our offices.
• Previous experience in the Customer Support Services industry is considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on problem-solving and patience.
• A proactive attitude towards learning new software tools and support systems.
• Availability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.
