Job Overview
We are thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused professional to take on the Czech Speaking Travel Agent For Booking.com position in Greece, one of the most desirable destinations in the world. In this role, you will serve as a key representative within the tourism industry, supporting Czech-speaking travellers with their accommodation and travel bookings through one of the world's most recognised online travel platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Assist Czech-speaking customers with travel inquiries, accommodation bookings, and reservations via phone, email, and live chat through the Booking.com platform.
- Provide expert guidance and tailored recommendations to travellers seeking the ideal tourism experience, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and complaints in a professional, empathetic, and efficient manner, in accordance with tourism industry best practices.
- Liaise with hotels, property managers, and service providers to resolve issues swiftly and ensure seamless travel experiences for customers.
- Accurately process and manage booking data within internal systems, maintaining meticulous attention to detail and data integrity.
- Stay up to date with Booking.com product updates, tourism trends, and platform policies to provide informed and accurate assistance at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share knowledge, contribute to a positive work culture, and continuously improve service quality standards.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, response times, and booking resolution rates within the tourism sector.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Czech language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — candidates must be able to communicate confidently and professionally with Czech-speaking travellers.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for relocation and employment eligibility).
- A genuine passion for the tourism industry and a strong desire to deliver exceptional travel experiences to customers.
- Previous experience in a customer service, travel agency, or tourism-related role is highly advantageous.
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate online booking systems, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms with ease.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a fast-paced tourism environment.
- Good command of English to facilitate internal communications and training processes.
