Customer Supply Chain Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Supply Chain Coordinator to support order management, customer communication, carrier coordination, and supply chain operations.

This is a high-volume role that requires strong written English, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple systems and portals simultaneously. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with purchase orders, delivery timelines, carrier assignments, and warehouse partners while maintaining clear and timely communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide order status updates and delivery ETAs to customers and carrier contacts.
• Validate that orders are transmitted correctly to transportation and warehouse partners.
• Enter manual, sample, and other orders accurately into the appropriate systems.
• Monitor purchase orders, delivery dates, carrier assignments, and order details.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, warehouse partners, and internal teams to resolve order-related issues.
• Manage a high volume of emails and provide clear, professional, and timely responses.
• Navigate multiple web portals and systems simultaneously to track and update orders.
• Maintain accurate order and shipment information across relevant platforms.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong written and professional email communication skills.
• Previous logistics, supply chain, order management, or coordination experience.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable handling high-volume email communication.
• Strong data entry and order accuracy skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple web-based portals and systems.
• Able to work full-time during Chicago Time Zone (CDT/CST) hours.

Nice to Have

• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Experience working with carrier and warehouse portals.
• Retail vendor portal experience.
• Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience.
• Experience in transportation, distribution, fulfillment, or supply chain operations.
