Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, connection-obsessed, and systems-minded Customer Success Producer to join our centralized Customer Success matrix under a permanent full-time remote engagement framework open to industry specialists based across China, Japan, or South Korea. Operating at the intersection of game monetization economics, live operations automation, and data engineering, you will step up to claim true individual operational and strategic accountability over maximizing revenue yields for our client game portfolios. Shifting completely away from traditional customer service ticket answering, passive client check-ins, routine manual text editing, or basic administrative onboarding checklists, you will run an active data mining, programmatic pricing experimentation, and web storefront optimization laboratory—partnering face-to-face with veteran game producers, external product managers, and internal product squads. This position requires a mobile or F2P gaming veteran with 3+ years of lifecycle ownership who maps out scalable off-store commercial pipelines fluidly natively using Data Analyst methodologies, diagnoses complex monetization friction points cleanly natively leveraging advanced SQL scripts and mathematical modeling, and commands multi-stakeholder direct-to-consumer account expansions confidently under intense market velocities.
Key Responsibilities
- Monetization Metrics Audit and Analysis: Perform exhaustive weekly mathematical reviews of client game sales, in-app transaction metrics, baseline retention KPIs, and revenue trends cleanly natively utilizing Data Analyst tools.
- LiveOps Campaign Architectural Design: Formulate, package, and pitch advanced LiveOps events, specialized store promotions, and microtransaction bundles across both native in-game hubs and custom web stores.
- Storefront Conversion Optimization: Evaluate the visual layout and purchase journey of client in-game web stores, compiling strict structural optimization instructions to lower user acquisition drop-offs.
- A/B Testing Infrastructure Management: Coordinate and execute precise statistical experiments and A/B test branches to evaluate alternative client pricing models, gift distributions, and situational event packs.
- Direct-to-Consumer Transition Governance: Partner intimately with client engineering teams to build, scale, and deliver technical onboarding and integration playbooks that shift core payment traffic seamlessly into Aghanim channels.
- Generative AI Implementation Mastery: Identify, program, and inject large language models (LLMs) or GenAI tools into client LiveOps, player CRM structures, and contextual microservice personalization pipelines.
- Cross-Functional Strategic Advocacy: Function as the internal technical advocate for high-value game accounts, working alongside data engineering, product design, and implementation pods to steer core platform roadmaps.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of professional history running advanced product development, live operations engineering, or monetization analytics within a mobile or Free-to-Play (F2P) video game studio.
- Demonstrated experience serving in a technical or strategic leadership seat, such as a Game Producer, LiveOps Specialist, Product Manager, or Data Analyst wielding explicit project decision-making authority.
- Expert-tier capability writing clean queries, handling relational databases, and constructing advanced structural views natively utilizing Data Analyst and SQL database setups.
- Practical operational familiarity applying statistical reasoning models, analyzing behavior datasets, and managing spreadsheet engines (including expert multi-level Google Sheets or Excel setups) to drive business choices.
- Direct hands-on experience utilizing, deploying, or prompt-engineering Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI workflows to improve back-office systems.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and scannable technical reporting communication attributes in business-fluent English to coordinate across distributed studio teams and align with our VP of Customer Success.
- Location Context: Position open strictly to qualified interactive entertainment professionals located and resident permanently within China, Japan, or South Korea to execute a highly autonomous, work-from-home remote track.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Prior engineering or analysis depth utilizing Python scripting engines (including pandas data frames, matplotlib visuals, and scikit-learn tools) to mine massive gamer behavior datasets.
- Familiarity with direct-to-consumer web commerce pipelines, digital payment settlement architectures, global fraud mitigation, or specialized consumer CRM toolsets in gaming.
- An independent, self-directed mindset capable of extracting revenue opportunities out of raw unstructured data patterns without the backing of pre-written spec packages.
