Want to know if you're a match for this job?
As a Customer Success Manager, you will work directly with our insurance customers in the EMEA region to ensure they derive real business value from our AI solutions, driving renewals and growth. You will own the complete post-sales lifecycle for your portfolio of customers, with accountability for retention and expansion.
Two of Poland’s largest motor insurers are central to your portfolio. You will serve as their primary point of contact daily while also managing a broader portfolio of European insurance customers. As the region grows, your portfolio will evolve accordingly.
This is a highly visible role where you will collaborate closely with senior claims executives, helping them transform how their organizations handle motor claims. You will work alongside our product, AI research, and delivery teams to achieve this.
The role is a fixed-term contract of 12-18 months. You will be part of a small team, owning your accounts outright from the start. Regular travel to customer sites is expected.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the customer relationship by managing the operational cadence, including regular calls, performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews with senior stakeholders.
- Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, ranging from claims handlers and technical teams to Chief Claims Officers, line-of-business leaders, and digital innovation leaders. Expand beyond initial sponsors to uncover new opportunities.
- Develop a joint success plan with each customer, agreeing on specific financial and operational metrics, and monitoring outcomes and platform consumption against these metrics.
- Drive adoption by defining and executing an onboarding and training program for new users, promoting engagement across the customer organization, and pushing process changes that deliver measurable value from our AI.
- Quantify the value delivered to customers, prove it, and take proactive action when results fall short of expectations.
- Protect account health by anticipating, identifying, and mitigating risks early, with support from internal teams and customer executive stakeholders.
- Act as the customer’s voice in product development, analyzing how our AI performs on your accounts, collaborating with product and engineering teams to identify improvement opportunities, and ensuring feedback is actionable.
- Lead renewals and growth by owning contract renewals, scoping up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, building close plans, and partnering with Business Development to pursue them.
- Become an expert on our product, enabling you to train users, troubleshoot problems, and be credible with technical teams on both sides.

Tractable
View Company ProfileTractable (operating at tractable.ai) is an AI-driven damage assessment platform engineered for the insurance and claims processing industries. Founded in 2014 by Alexandre Dalyac, Razvan Ranca, and Adrien Cohen (with Mark Hornsey later joining as Co-founder & CTO), and headquartered in London, Tractable revolutionizes property and vehicle damage evaluation by replacing manual, time-consuming inspections with automated precision. Under the hood, its proprietary AI leverages advanced computer vision and machine learning to analyze high-resolution images at the pixel level, generating ultra-precise damage estimates accompanied by certainty scores that account for factors like visibility and lighting conditions. This allows insurers, adjusters, and repair shops to accelerate claims processing, reduce human error, and optimize repair/replacement decisions—often with just a single photo submission. Backed by a $115M funding round from investors like Georgian Partners and Insight Partners, as well as a subsequent $65M Series E led by SoftBank Vision Fund, Tractable has scaled its AI-first solutions to serve global enterprises seeking faster, data-driven claims resolution.
