About Us: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. Our client is a growing Australian financial services and brokerage business specialising in business lending, working capital, and asset and equipment finance.

The business is building a dedicated support function to help their brokers process deals more efficiently, allowing them to focus on clients and business development.

The Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Credit & Deal Workshopping Admin to support brokers with the administrative side of lender workshopping. This is a structured, process-driven role focused on data entry, document and deal packaging, lender workshopping, tracking, and CRM updates. You will not be responsible for making lending decisions, originating deals, or negotiating credit policy exceptions.

This is a newly created offshore role, offering the opportunity to help establish efficient processes as the business grows. You’ll work closely with brokers and leadership, with potential progression as the offshore function expands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Slack for new deal workshopping requests from brokers.
  • Review deal breakdowns, bank statement analysis, and client information.
  • Enter deal details accurately into lender quoting and assessment platforms.
  • Review indicative lender outcomes, including serviceability, likely approval, and pricing.
  • Prepare concise deal summaries and email lender Business Development Managers (BDMs) where required.
  • Consolidate lender responses into clear summaries for brokers.
  • Track deals and follow up on outstanding lender responses to ensure same-day turnaround.
  • Maintain accurate workshopping records and update Lend and GoHighLevel.
  • Respond to broker status queries and flag lender delays, declines, or system issues.
  • Adapt to new lender platforms and support process improvements as the business grows.
