The Role
Build the program
Design and launch our creator program: tiers, incentives, content expectations, deal and code structures, onboarding, and a real path from emerging talent to flagship partner.
Build the scouting engine that finds creators before anyone else does. Set the criteria, watch the signals, and get there early while partnerships are still affordable and relationships still matter.
Create the development side of the program: coaching, content feedback, early access, co-created formats, and support that makes creators better at their craft. We want creators to grow with us, not just post for us.
Build a network, not a roster
Grow an owned community of creators, streamers, editors, and clippers who work with us on an ongoing basis rather than campaign to campaign.
Run always-on programs and recurring briefs that keep the community producing, competing, and improving between formal activations.
Make participation worth it. Design the incentives, recognition, and progression that turn one-time contributors into regulars, and regulars into partners.
Run the outreach engine
Own high-volume, high-quality prospecting across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, Kick, X, and wherever the audience moves next.
Negotiate and close across the full spectrum: performance-based, flat fee, hybrid, affiliate, ambassador, and always-on retainers. Land rights and usage terms that work for both sides.
Build the CRM and tracking discipline that turns outreach into a forecastable channel, and that tells us which creators actually perform rather than which ones simply posted.
Make it perform
Treat this as a growth channel with real economics behind it, not a brand line item. You will shape how creators are rewarded against performance, and you will be accountable for what the channel returns.
Define the KPIs and report on them without being asked: creators activated, cost per activation, cost per new registration, content volume and quality, code redemption, and the retention and value of the players creators bring in.
Kill what doesn’t work fast. Double down on what does, faster.
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone with natural grit. Someone who will send 200 DMs on a Tuesday, get 12 replies, close 3, and treat that as a great day. Someone who would rather build the machine than inherit one.
Qualifications
Required
5+ years in influencer, creator, talent, or community marketing, including at least one program you built or scaled meaningfully yourself.
A real network. You can open a laptop and start sending messages to people who will actually reply.
Natural grit. You are motivated by the opportunity to build the machine rather than inherit it.
Proven closing ability. You've negotiated deals from a few hundred dollars to six figures and know when each makes sense.
Fluency in creator economics: rate benchmarks, CPM and CPA math, affiliate and rev share structures, whitelisting, usage rights, and how to build a deal that works for both sides.
Experience running something always-on. A community, a contributor program, an ambassador network, anything where the job was keeping a lot of people engaged and producing over time, not just booking deals one at a time.
Strong content instincts. You can tell in five seconds whether a creator's audience is real and whether their style will convert.
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action. You build the spreadsheet, write the contract template, and set up the tracking yourself.
Sharp written communication. Most of your closing happens in DMs and email.
Preferred
Background in talent management, or you've been a creator yourself.
Live streaming know-how, especially Twitch and Kick.
Experience with clipping or edit-driven content programs.
Familiarity with influencer platforms, affiliate tooling, and attribution setups.
You've worked in a regulated or age-gated category and know how to operate cleanly inside one.
How We'll Know It's Working
A program that runs on a documented process and doesn't depend on you being online.
A pipeline of emerging talent we reached first.
Creator-sourced players who stick around and play, not just click.
Creators who talk about working with us the way we'd want them to, publicly and unprompted.
