What You'll Do

Serve as the face of your pod and the first Manifest attorney many prospective clients speak to: run consultations, assess case strength, and recommend the right path forward for extraordinary-ability and high-skilled matters — EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1A.

  • Use your legal judgment to assess which prospects have viable cases, build trust quickly, and set honest, clear expectations before a matter moves forward — including telling a prospect diplomatically when their profile isn't yet a fit.
  • Run a high volume of consultations and represent Manifest publicly where relevant, from live Q&As to client-facing content, with marketing's support.
  • Transition engaged clients smoothly into case production, instilling confidence in the handoff to the attorneys and paralegals who will carry the matter forward.
  • Use Manifest's AI tools and technology — not as a shortcut, but as a genuine performance multiplier — to support consistent, high-quality assessments at volume.
  • Capture clear, complete consultation notes and recommendations in Manifest's systems so nothing is lost in the handoff.

What We're Looking For

  • J.D. and active U.S. bar admission
  • Strong working knowledge of extraordinary-ability and high-skilled categories, including EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1A
  • Genuine warmth and sales instinct — you build client trust as quickly and naturally as you demonstrate legal expertise
  • Energy for high-volume, day-to-day client contact: you're energized rather than drained by a full consult calendar
  • Clear, confident communication — you explain complex legal concepts in plain language and make clients feel heard, even when the news is that their case isn't a fit
  • Comfort in a high-cadence environment with real volume expectations

What Changes by Level

Associate (Yrs 0–3)

  • Focus: Confidently runs consultations with prospective clients, explains the visa path clearly, assesses case fit, and guides prospective clients toward the right decision, with direct mentorship from senior attorneys.

Mid-Senior Level Associate (Yrs 4–7)

  • Focus: Handles complex and borderline cases with sound judgment, sets honest expectations on case strength, and carries difficult conversations well — including telling a prospect their profile may not yet meet the EB-1A or O-1A bar.

Sr. Associate (Yrs 8+)

  • Focus: Deep expertise across O-1A, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW strategy; mentors junior attorneys on consult technique, takes the highest-stakes consultations, and helps shape how the firm assesses case viability.

Why Attorneys Join Manifest

  • Higher-agency work | Intake, document collection, status tracking, and client updates run through Manifest OS — the administrative weight of practice, handled. Your day goes to strategy, drafting, and the client: the work that actually requires a lawyer.
  • No billable hour | We charge clients flat fees, so there's no timekeeping requirement and no billable target. Your work is judged on outcomes — what gets filed and how clients experience the relationship — not hours recorded.
  • Remote by design | The entire legal side of the firm works remotely. It's how the firm was built, and there are no plans to change it — practice from wherever you do your best work.
  • Real upside | Pay is competitive from day one, with incentives tied to client outcomes and firm performance, so strong work is rewarded as the practice grows.
  • Ground floor | Manifest is an ambitious firm building the infrastructure to last — and to change the way law firms operate. Attorneys who join now grow with it: into senior roles, into leadership, into shaping what the practice becomes next.
  • Your experience shapes the practice | Attorney feedback and firsthand case experience directly inform what the firm builds next, so the technology keeps evolving around how the best lawyers actually work.

We are not looking for case processors or attorneys waiting for the next rung. We're looking for attorneys who lead through expertise, treat Manifest's technology as a genuine performance multiplier rather than a shortcut, and want to do the most meaningful work of their careers at a firm built for how law should actually work.

The attorneys who thrive here are full-time, deeply client-centered, tech-forward, and mission-driven — energized by building something real, not just joining something finished. If that's you, we want to hear from you.
