THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Corporate FP&A Specialist to our Finance team in Brazil!

As a Corporate FP&A Specialist at Wellhub, you will play a key role in translating financial performance of Wellhub's global business into decision-ready insights for senior leadership. You will own the monthly financial reporting cycle across Wellhub's global operations, including acquired entities, ensuring leadership has a consolidated view of business performance, lead the preparation of the company's executive reporting package and transform financial and operational performance into clear, actionable narratives for the Executive Leadership Team. Working closely with the FP&A peers, you will focus on financial analysis, executive communication, and driving reporting excellence. You will also support forecasting and planning cycles, helping ensure the organization has timely, accurate information to make strategic decisions.

YOUR IMPACT

Financial Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Own the end-to-end monthly financial reporting cycle across Wellhub's global operations, consolidating results from all regions and acquired businesses into executive reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain the company's executive reporting package, delivering clear, concise financial and operational performance updates.
  • Analyze Actuals vs. Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year results, identifying key business drivers and translating variances into executive-level insights.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity across reported financial and KPI metrics.
  • Own the quarterly cohort reporting package, ensuring timely delivery and data accuracy.
  • Consolidate and analyze financial and operational performance across all geographies and acquired businesses, ensuring a consistent view of company-wide results.

Business Partnering & Planning Support

  • Coordinate the monthly reporting calendar, ensuring stakeholders provide high-quality inputs on time and proactively escalating risks when necessary.
  • Consolidate variance commentary from functional leaders into a cohesive executive narrative.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for leadership questions related to financial performance, KPIs, and reporting.
  • Support annual Budget, quarterly Forecast, and long-range planning processes as needed.

Process Improvement

  • Continuously improve reporting processes, templates, and dashboards to increase automation, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify recurring analyses while improving the quality and consistency of executive reporting.
  • Partner with peers to enhance reporting capabilities and leverage planning tools effectively.
  • Explore and pilot AI-driven approaches to executive reporting and variance analysis, helping redesign how the work is done rather than incrementally speeding up the existing process.

Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience working in a global, multi-entity and multi-currency organization, including consolidated reporting across multiple geographies.
  • Experience preparing executive-level financial reporting and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial information into clear business insights and recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional inputs and influence without direct authority.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Experience with Pigment (or other FP&A planning platforms), NetSuite, and Looker is a plus.
  • Demonstrated track record of improving recurring reporting processes through automation and standardization.
  • Advanced English is a mandatory requirement and will be tested during the process.
